They are horrible! Send out awful products. Especially the coconut coir it is a joke. No refund. $65$ purchase and offered 7 😠

Got this at a reasonable price and found it surprisingly useful for daily cooking. Components feel sturdy and are simple to clean. Would recommend clearer instructions for blade assembly to improve first-time use experience. Overall, satisfied with functionality and quality considering what I paid for it.

SCAM!! I placed an order on 3/5. It's now 4/3. They keep sending me FALSE shipping updates. Also -- email confirmation order was $64.34, but PayPal amount is $80.43. I'm filing a complaint.

Fell for their scam. I ordered 10 coconut coir bricks And received 10 tiny little packages, maybe 1 inch by one and a half inches with some flaky black stuff in them. Disappointed but also thinking how stupid could I be to fall for this. Avoid this company at all costs unless you want to be taken.

Total SCAM. The coconut coir bricks finally arrived, two short of the promised buy 5, get 5 free. After receiving several false tracking updates and never receiving the product, I called my credit card company and reported this as a fraudulent transaction. A few days later, the product arrived, but short two blocks. The blocks I did receive were not as pictured on their ad, very tiny. I will be contacting my CC company again to refuse payment and will be sending them back.

Ordered this vegetable cutter recently and found it quite practical for daily cooking tasks. Delivery took about two weeks, reasonable given shipping distance. Quality feels decent considering its price, efficient and easy to handle. Overall satisfied with the tool, meets expectations and serves the intended purpose comfortably.

Total SCAM. Reel on Facebook showed blocks of coconut quire for planting to be 8' long, 6" wide and think. Mine arrived they are 4"long, 2" wide and 1" think

My order ( coconut soil blocks) never showed up. They keep giving me a fake tracking number. I drove to the post office, UPS, and FedEx 2 times and they keep telling me I was scammed! Do not use this company. They take your money and do not deliver the product!

I only ordered from this site because they stated shipping was from California. It came from overseas.

Despite their guarantee of 100% satisfaction, they refuse to refund my poorly made, late purchases. As requested, I sent photos to show the damaged items and compared them to their website photos. It was a waste of time. If I could give them less than 1 star, I would.

Complete fraud and scam company! Ordered the bookshelf advent calendar….What they advertise and what you receive are completely different. The books are half the size advertised, cheap labels on rubber covers, and very book is an unreadable Holy Bible! When demanded a refund they offers $5…absolutely insulting customer service.
Avoid this company at all costs!

If I could give 0 stars, I would. What is pictured on their site is absolutely nothing like what you get. It's cheap rubbery/plastic with the bible inside every book. Red and green are supposed to be two different series, but they are both the same. Their customer service is awful. They tell you (despite sending photo evidence) that they sent you exactly what you were supposed to get, and offer 6 bucks back. I said I was filing a complaint with the BBB and they then offered 9 bucks. I filed and reported them for fraud. Absolute garbage. This company is an absolute scam. Do NOT purchase these!!!

My girlfriend ordered the mini book advent calendar, and it arrived late. I saw the product in the books are not even real books, they are just many Bibles that you cannot even read. The quality is terrible. The company offers a moneyback guarantee, but it is a lie and a scam. Do not buy these books or use any relationship with this company

I ordered the mini books and got 24 super mini 1"x1" rubber covered Holy Bibles...different book covers. Ridiculous and I too got offered 5$ back for 'good faith'. They are NOT The Classics, as advertised, and are 1/4 the size pictured, impossibly small. I want a refund.
This was their last customer service team email to me:

I just saw the reviews for the mini book advent calendars... I, too, ordered them. I, too, was scammed. The package arrived weeks late - Ordered 4 Dec 24 received 7 Jan 24 - and instead of mini books to read I received 48 copies of the Holy Bible with a bunch of different book covers. Also, instead of being "mini books" they are 2x3 rubber cover copies of the Holy Bible that you can't read - even with a magnifying glass. Super disappointed and truly disgusted with this. Emailed them to return but not holding out any hope of receiving my money back.

Do not order Mini Book Advent calendar! It is a complete sham. 100% false advertising. What is advertised is a 3-inch x 2 1/2 book. What you will receive is a 1 1/2 by 1 1/2 inch excerpt of the Bible. 25 times! The book jacket is completely made of rubber. They used Sarah J. Mass book covers. Customer service has been non-existent. I have emailed with no response. I tried calling as well no one will pick up. They leave you on the voicemail loop trying to sell you life alert systems! Terrible! Company is a complete scam.

Do not order from this company. The items do not match the description. Mine came damaged and they offered me $5 instead of accepting returns.

Highly recommend you do NOT order anything from this company. Firstly it took what seemed like about 6-8 weeks to arrive. I ordered the mini book advent calendar which I now considered to use next year. UM NO. While the covers of every mini book is different they are all mini versions of the bible (every one.. I not against the bible but against false advertising ) and not what the cover indicates. Very disappointing and the actual quality looks like a cut and paste and cheap plastic deal. Sorry but it is this.
