Undelivered seeds after 1.5 months
“Ordered seeds on 5 July, no delivery till now. No reply on mail or WhatsApp. Very poor service. Today it has been 1.5 months since that incident but still I have not received any reply. I have even appealed to the consumer court. Who knows something may happen and another friend may get trapped in their trap.

SCAMMED. DON’T BUY FROM THIS NURSERY
It’s a terrible platform to spend your money on. I have bought candle vine pothos spending ₹1,329 each time and that too thrice from them and they all died. Since I love the plant so much, I wouldn’t have placed an order again but I did twice more wasting my money.
They asked me to send them unpacking video. 360* degree video, wait for three weeks, keep it on the shade. I did all that they asked me to do. They promised to send the replacement on 8th July but nothing so far and the worst part it their phone numbers are switched off.
Since this was the third time that I bought the plant from them and having wasted so much I wanted a replacement or at least a refund but nothing has been done by them. They are a scam nursery. Beware.
I have wasted ₹4000/ with a dead stick. The rest of you please don’t.

Avoid Seed2Plant at all costs! Terrible experience — never buying from them again. I placed an order with Seed2Plant on 31/05/2025 (Order ID S2P142062) for three plants — 2 soup sour plants and 1 Golden Cascade Creeper / Climber Flowering Live Plant (₹395). The order was delivered on 02/07/2025, and to my utter disappointment, the climber plant arrived completely dry, wilted, and dead. It was in such a horrible condition that it couldn’t even be repotted, let alone survive. I have clear photos showing the pathetic state in which it was delivered.
I immediately contacted their customer support via email and WhatsApp, requesting either a refund or a replacement. Despite multiple follow-ups, they have ignored my complaint and failed to provide any resolution. It’s been days with no refund, no replacement, and absolutely no accountability.
Their after-sales support is non-existent, and they seem to have no respect for customers’ time or money. I strongly advise everyone to stay away from Seed2Plant. There are many more trustworthy nurseries and online plant stores out there — don’t waste your money or energy on a company that doesn’t stand by its products or care about its customers.

Lazy response and diplomatc answers
They dont promptly respond. So support time they take is 24hrs by asking a question, waiting for answer, again asking question. This goes in loop.
Over priced and sent the v delicate plants which is less likely to survive. In short money is lost and then there is pain that you couldn't save the plant.

I ordered a plant from Seed2Plant expecting quality, but what I received was a dead, brittle mess that looked like it had been lifeless for days. Clearly, no care was taken in packaging or plant health before shipping. It was an utter waste of money.
What made it worse was their so-called replacement policy, which is nothing but a scam. They advertise hassle-free replacements, but in reality, they either don’t respond, make you run in circles with vague replies, or blame the customer to avoid honoring their policy. It’s completely dishonest.
If you’re considering ordering from them, don’t. There are far more reliable sellers out there who actually care about their customers and the plants they ship. Seed2Plant has lost my trust entirely.

One star or no star for the customer service. Messed up my order badly, it's extremely difficult to reach anyone to have it sorted despite having paid for the products no one really bothers to get back and communication is non consistent and I have been left with no refund not were some products delivered and I didn't get any update about it from the company despite having made efforts to reach the contact numbers provided. Really won't be using this service again.

Charging 4times more than the actual price, promising big and healthy plants and what thy send is barely a sapling.. Extremely disappointed, would never ever waste money on their website. Their customer support kept repeating the same thing without addressing the actual problem. Waste of money and time.

Very bad experience sent me 1 dead plant and the other two are dying too. Customer service are replying late and on top of that they keep asking useless questions! Like how is a dead stick supposed to grow leaves.

Very expensive, but, have a wide range of plants that I could not find elsewhere.
Packaging is fantastic, healthy plants received, customer service polite(But, they don't have sufficient gardening knowledge).
Everything is great BUT, FOR THE, REFUNDS/REPLACEMENTS.
All Joy UNTIL the plants are dead on arrival or die in a few days. That's when they start sending me round and round in circles - show us your unboxing video, this video, that video, this photo, that photo until I got exasperated. Clearly they were finding excuses to evade replacements. And, they keep giving nonsensical instructions too even though I told them I was a seasoned gardener and had professional help occasionally.
Trust me, the REPLACEMENT/REFUND is very tiresome. If you don't get dead plants or plants that eventually die, then, all good, else, one has to face a big loss.
I would really love to buy from them if they don't make the refunds/replacements a frustrating experience.

Very Bad delivery. I ordered 17K plants from them.Almost all the plants were damaged in transit itself.While receiving itself i shared photos to them. They keep on asking different videos and never took any action.. CHEATERS and be out of them.. You will be feel cheated later

2 of 3 plants arrived dead and the 3rd was an incorrect plant that was sent. As a gardner and grower this tells me that they do not have an understanding of their own plants, hence they can't identify the right plants to ship. This also tells me that they do not know how to properly treat their plants before they dispatch it for delivery. All in all the right kind of knowledge is missing to be able to provide their customers with the right products and service. the post sale service is equally poor wherein communication, which is only through whatsapp is going on for more than a week. It is not worth the time you will invest in attempting to get replacements with this platform.

I ordered plants worth ₹16,000 from Seed2Plant. Unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing. Some of the plants arrived completely dried out, and the delivery was delayed — it took around 15 days to receive the order. Despite requesting a cancellation and refund during this time, the company did not process it. In the end, not only were some plants dead, but the overall service was poor. Additionally, the prices at Seed2Plant are quite high compared to other platforms. I strongly suggest purchasing plants from Meesho instead, where you can find better prices and healthier plants. Based on my experience, I do not recommend buying from Seed2Plant.

I bought a plant from Seedtoplant for 810/- Plant came fully dried. They won't accept the request to refund. Instead they want me to take care of it for 2weeks and update every 3 days. If there was a single green part I can do what they said but this is fully dried. Easy returns in the website is all stories only. I have my unboxing video and photos. I shared with them immediately. Still they want me to keep caring for the plant just to drag the refund and either I will forget it they will come up with a new reason saying I didn't take care properly. I have the entire chat saved

But if something goes wrong and you require a cancellation/refund, you’re on your own, mate. It will be easier to get a response from the minister’s office than their so-called customer service teams.
Speaking from experience. In my case, they sat on my cancellation request for two days, and dodged my messages/emails/calls as much as they possibly could. Even during the couple of times I could get through to them after DOZENS of messages, emails and calls, they were completely dismissive and offered zero upfront information. For two days, the only “information” I received was a templatized statement that “if the order is shipped, cancellation will not be possible.” and that they are “checking with their shipping team” to get the status.
This “checking” apparently took two whole days.
Then, what do you know, they shipped the order anyways. After two days of relentless chasing.
Then lo! their customer service team conveniently turned active and said that now that the order is shipped, no cancellation is possible!
Sadly, it’s not even that they shipped/didn’t ship that I found frustrating. It’s the sheer impunity with which they handled the situation and their whole flippant “there’ll be other customers” attitude from day 1.

The plant was infested with ants. The moment we opened the package they started spreading in our home. We had to immediately seal it and get rid of it to keep our other plants and home from being infested. We did make the unboxing video and shared it with customer service where this was evident.
They were completely unhelpful. First few days they kept changing the topic asking about other plants in the order and refused to address my complaint. Later they claimed plant was in good condition.
Clearly they are uneducated and have no idea about hygiene or ethics. This is NOT the type of plant condition you sell to a client. This is also NOT how you deal with your clients.
The remaining 2 plants were very small and definitely not the worth the price i paid.
Im shocked and disgusted at their non-existent standards and will never patronise this brand again.
