Great service for an excellent price. Lots of useful software and quick support. Can't go wrong with them.

Had an issue with Speeds following a long overdue upgrade to 1GB Internet at Home, after some work the agent I was working with "Rid" diagnosed and resolved the issue.

Fantastic service from the guys. I've used this company for over 2 years without a single problem then would you believe it, one popped up.

Not been very technical I opened up a ticket to see if they can fix my problem. A guy called @rid was straight on to the job and after a couple of messages between us just to clarify what went wrong, it was fixed.

Honestly can't fault these guys at all. Excellent customer services and constantly updated by them on changes that are made to better the service.

I'm writing another review for "The Seedbox Company." I have been using this company for 9+ years now. It's been a long bumby road. However, I could never think of using another seedbox. They offer so much that other seedboxes don't. In addition, they give you a lot of flexablity. The only thing I can say is, I don't recommend "The Seedbox Company" for newbies. If you know you don't understand computers, don't use this company, because no one is goin' to hold your hand. This company is definitely for advanced users. I hope this company will be around for 100 more years.

Support takes forever. Be prepared to wait a week for them to respond. And no way to contact them outside the webpage (Discord/Reddit/Twitter...)

No info from them when they start blocking sites.

I've been a customer since 2019, and now have multiple services due to the reliability and exemplary service provided.

They provide a decent number of apps and support is great if/when needed.

This is a fantastic seedbox provider. The servers are fast, efficient and well managed. The customer service is great. Queries are dealt with quickly and efficiently. I have been very impressed with the quality of provision by the Seedbox Company and would recommend it to others without hesitation.

Used their service for a month and changed to yearly subscription already. I am very satisfied with the quality and also with the price.
Asked a question and got answer fast even on Sunday.

So its was a New Year, and i finally wanted to get a seedbox i tried many of them over a few weeks but none came close to this one in quality in multiple areas.

I started at 2tb to try out,
Installing the apps I wanted was fast and the interface was very efficient.

The Speeds themselves were exactly what had been advertised.

So I quickly found myself looking for one of their larger box options, this is where the great Support kicked in I messaged staff in chat and quickly got a response that a 4tb server option was available.

The upgrade was very fast, i had to do nothing but wait for it to complete and had no issues once it was done.

I would recommend this company over many others to anyone looking for a seedbox.

Recently upgraded my service with this company it was dealt with in style. Regular updates on progress and seamless migration. Great service I have recommended to all of my friends who need this kinda thing.

I have had my seed box for 4 years and have had almost no down time. They communicate well when there is scheduled downtime and have been quick to respond to the questions I have had. This is my third seedbox with three different companies and so far they are the best for the money. I have no complaints.
