If I could give zero stars, I would. Do not fall for this scam. It took 4 full years to get the machine and once we did, the company went bankrupt, therefore their servers went down. Now I have a 3,000 lbs. paper weight. The machine will only work when connected to WiFi AND their servers, rendering them useless without. There’s no hack around it. And you can’t get your money back.

Paid the down-payment for the product. They kept delaying and delaying the supposed finish date so eventually I asked for a refund. At first they actually did respond and asked for my phone number but then I never heard back and never saw the deposit. I doubt they will ever actually deliver a product
