Take two

The situation is frustrating because my kids bookshelf was clearly stolen. A delivery driver can't just lose it a parcel of that size. However I have received my refund monies and have reordered the bookshelf for my children in under an hour.

I strongly feel you gave false…

I strongly feel you gave false advertising, I paid extra to receive my item's within 3days, nothing.....
Then received an email to which I couldn't reply too asking how my item's were....
Very poor service
If it wasn't for the help of my niece I would never have been able to receive my refund, not an easy company to deal with, misleading on every account......
Very dissapointing as these dresses were for my daughter's wedding.....

Forms very difficult to find and…

Received a cracked dish of face cream…

Received a cracked dish of face cream which I was not comfortable usinf for fear of finding shards of metal or glass on my face.
Instead of receiving a full refund was offered a refund for less than ten dollars.
Not acceptable.
They claim issue resolved. Waiting to see the full credit.

Never Again

I ordered a set of 4 solar panels as a single product item. Two were damaged. Seel calculated my loss to be the (cost divided by 4) * 2. It sounds ok when you think about it, but there is rarely a set of anything sold that is priced equal to the cost of an item if you buy less qty than the set. So I had to buy 2 separate panels costing me another $35. In addition, their platform is very user unfriendly. I started the entering the claim on my desktop, only to find halfway through the process I must file the claim using my phone. I started the claim process again on my phone, and when I reached the point where I needed to provide pictures, I was required to take pictures. I was not allowed to submit images I had already taken. Now I was forced to open the taped up box again, handle the shattered glass panels arranging them to take more images I had already taken. Then I had to repackage the panels. I cut my finger on one piece of glass. You are then required to identify yourself using a 3rd party platform and I had to take a 3 pictures of my Driver's License, front/back, and the barcode, and then a selfie, and then submit to whomever this company is ...in China? A green checkmark appeared leaving me on this 3rd party site apparently to browse. 2 days later I got a reminder I needed to verify. I did it again and got the green checkmark. The next day I received another reminder I had just 2 days left to verify. I verified a 3rd time. Throughout the process I emailed Seel support. It is 100% AI and it does not understand issues like I already verified 3 times. I will never use this product insurance or any other for that matter. It's humorous ...for the review I'm asked to enter date of experience. It should be date range for Seel.com

Terrible

The whole brand is nice and the clothes are nice, but not receiving any cloths within a month and no hearing about any updates for 2 weeks straight. Customer service was barely of help.

Unprofessional and full worry service !!!

had problem with your link for notary, nobody could help have send 2 or 3 mail without any return for help. even you IA live agent was not able to help me just saying to revend email.

after 48hrs of trying and lossing time i finaly found on the internet by my self how to get in touch wich notary and they return call in less than 6 hrs (3 different person) and they where able to help me. but even 7 days later your support team never came back to me.

now because of your non professionnal support i had lost over 4 days when i needed help. tthis took over a week-end for just a appointements for your request.

Now i try to recorder, but because of your non professionnal support team département i have New worry because the article is solde out and no date before restock. so now i can't proced with new order to finaly start my project.

even asking some question to your live agent and there are really limited. as i say to live agent i now understand why you do not have any phone service will this will have help me better than leaving me alone like you did.

You should for real change your moto that say your service is WORRY FREE. because worry free will meen no worry will proceding and when in a situation somebody will help you not let you arrange your self and try to find what is creating the problem.

But at lease at the end i finaly had received my monétaire back but with a lot of bad expérience.

In my 45 years of living this go in the 3 firts worst and unprofessional service i had receved.
