If I could give them a 0 star I would. They are only interested in over booking causing unacceptable wait times. Today’s experience for my 90 year old mother was 2 hours. They have signs up saying to expect a 1-3 hour wait. Say what??? We talked to five, yes five other people who were scheduled for the same time, same dr. His reply when she confronted him, oh it’s not that bad. They have no respect for their patients and/or those who have taken time to be a driver for said patient. They suck big time

I got an emergency referral here and they have been incredible with getting me in so quickly to find out what was happening with my eyes. Very polite, very professional. It may take a while as they are very busy, but I'm thankful I got in.

I had cataracts from both of my eyes removed last summer by Dr. Lekhi and couldn't be happier with the result. He was recommended by my optometrist. My husband is now awaiting his surgery. Kudos to the staff at the front reception for their patience, kindness and sense of humor. Sue, Merita and Tessa do a great job keeping things going smoothly. Thank you also to the surgical coordinator, Chantelle, whose professionalism and understanding was so appreciated.

as a nurse of 36 years I was shocked by peoples behavior's. The abuse that the staff had to tolerate was just unacceptable. The doctor had accepted an emergency patient. It was expected that there would be a wait. I personally watched grown men exhibit rage behaviour. The staff remained calm and professional throughout. The level of entitlement that people show gets more ridiculous as the pandemic continues. The staff should be commended. Highly reccomend Seema Eye care.

Friendly team of staff, helpful and cooperative.
Dr. Al-Ghoul is a highly qualified and experienced doctor.
After operation on my left eye, my vision is improved to 20/20.
