My delivery came 4 days after I purchased my outfit, came today unreal quality well presented packaging and a lovely little thank you note from the girls! Massive thank you to everyone 💕

Placed an order worth over £100 on the 1st of September and did not receive it. I messaged business account and sent them a picture of my bank statements which clearly showed the money has been sent to her however she denied receiving payment even though my bank has told me she has received it. Customer service is very bad. Owner of the business is rude and condescending. Would not order from again owner of the business is a thief

Ordered 3 outfits and only one come there was however a note to say please request refund for one of the missing items however after it requested it the seller declined it as for the other outfit that didn’t come eirther however there was no reason for this one I have tried to email this company over and over again and get in to contact with them and they are reading the message and ignoring it… this has now been taking to further action and have contacted people who can take this further as they owe me over £48 I have gave the website and email to the people who are now dealing with it and if I don’t get refunded after a week they will have to take it to matter to get my money back as they are aware this has happend to a lot of people now

Received my crop set and the quality is brilliant. Fits amazingly aswell. Will defo be ordering again.

I’ve made a return over a month ago and never been refunded. I’ve emailed the company twice through email and through the contact form on the website and never got a reply.

Order didnt even come tried to contact multiple times and didnt recieve any reply

I politely asked the company to resend the confirmation email as i didn’t receive one to then get a short reply saying “you should have got one”. i replied saying that i didn’t again and i asked nicely to check if the email i ordered with was right. They then replied “i am with my family i will cancel and refund your order in the morning” which was not what i asked and i told them that i didn’t want that and i was just worried i was getting scammed as i didn’t get the confirmation. they then cancelled and refunded my order after i made it very clear i did not want that and they even mocked me in their reply by saying “So you wasn’t been scammed as you put it.” don’t order from this company the customer service is awful, unprofessional and rude. I don’t think i was stepping out of line at all for asking a simple question for a confirmation email which i didn’t receive in the first place.

My daughter orderded a hoody for a friends birthday.with plenty of time. Paid the price of a hoody and received some crappy plain leggings. She politely tild the seller of the error to which the seller said she would post the hoody out asap for her to receive it in time for her friends birthday as it was their error. The original order was the 1st november, it is now the 17th and still no hoody, no communication, obviously hasnt been sent. Now my daughter has been blocked by the seller. Very unprofessional. Honestly wouldnt bother ordering from here unless you want to risk your money. And after reading all the negative reviews, seems its happened to many people. Just wish my daughter would of seen these reviews sooner. Keep the £17.95, you clearly need it. 🫣

The company didn’t even send my order. I had to get my money back from my bank. I tried to contact the company multiple times for weeks on end but I never got an answer! Honestly a joke.

unbelievable company and customer service, refused a refund due to hygiene issues even though their refund policy states my return was okay for a refund, don’t waste your money, rude emails back too.
No refund and never received the items back either!

Bad bad company! Cheap quality clothes. I returned two items, the company had lied continuously saying I didn’t send the items back then I said I had a receipt then they suddenly have the parcel, they then say they only received one item although I had the receipt by Royal Mail with the weight of items!! Oh and then said the item was worn because it was creased 😂 even though it had tags still attached, original packaging and sent back the day I had received them. I would be seen dead in their cheap clothing! 😂 Didn’t refund me at all and didn’t send the items back to me either. Don’t bother ordering you’re wasting your time and money!

Hey everybody. I just wanted to say that the person who works in the company (calls himself David) it's the most rudest and unprofessional person to deal with. I really dont recommend the clothes as they are really cheap. If anybody wants to see his conversation pls let me know. He is treating with legal actions after he heard the dress is too short, which I would never expect from an older guy to say things like that. I'm in shock!!!!

Had an issue with a return, but everytime i emailed to get it sorted was replyed to straight away, so helpful and go out their way to help you and give me a refund. After this experience i will definitely be ordering again. Other companies just fob you off so highly recommend see me in that.
