Inflexible policies and customer service
The suit I ordered was vastly different to the photos on the website in terms of colour, stitching and quality of materials.
I emailed to request a return and refund, sent a photo to which they responded that there wasn't sufficient reason for return. Their return policy only allows returns for defective or damaged products. Even though the product I received was essentially a different product from the one I received, it was not damaged and therefore they refused the return. I'm out £130+ for a product I will never wear.
The main issue with online shopping is that you rely on accurate representation. I cannot trust that they represent their products faithfully, and since there is no flexibility at all with their return policy I will not be shopping from this website again.
