I ordered 4 pieces of artwork from here for a Christmas present. They didn’t arrive but fortunately I used PayPal to pay. After a number of assurances and requests to drop my PayPal complaint I have been granted a full refund from PayPal. The artist may genuinely be having issues honouring their orders but judging by the other reviews I would definitely beware.
I wish I'd taken the time to do some research about this company before buying two bathers from them. I've been ten days waiting for an address to return the items. They replied to my first email asking me if I would be ok with a 30% refund and keep the items. I replied that I wasn't interested and haven't heard back ever since. Writing this review is only the first step as I won't let them keep my money. Horrible experience.
Stay away! Poor quality and return almost impossible. Only communication channel is email and they answer not at all or weeks later. Return address was USA so I had no chance from Germany. They offered a partial refund when keeping the products that I accepted in the end before not getting any further. But only after insisting, many emails, weeks later and a call to Paypal.
Very low quality products. Communication with Seepalm is extremely difficult. I had to get PayPal involved before I could get them to respond to my emails. The make it close to impossible to make a return.
