Everything went well

Everything went well. I only had one Email from you when I had to put more of the glue on my head, otherwise everything went well apart from it being very restrictive and uncomfortable.

ALL WEATHER HEADGEAR PLEASE

The staff & proceedures were fine: it was only sleeping in the neck collar of the EEG machine that was difficult. The other difficulties were understandable why they were a bit uncomfortable, but they weren't too bad.
Also,being that I did the EEG week-long test in winter, I'd wished I'd had a rain hat or showercap, coz going outside to feed my horses at dusk every day, holding an umbrella at the same time is difficult. No biggie, just an observation to imaybe include or recommend having a waterproof cap/hat or cover in the little kit.

The team were very friendly and…

The team were very friendly and explained every aspect of the monitoring in detail. They contacted me every day and if there were any problems or deficencies in the monitoring. Overall the experience was very good.

Can't thank them enough

I was able to get help when I needed it from there staff which made the experience a little less stressful.
Also if it wasn't for them contacting my doctor to urgently point out something was wrong I would be in a very different situation today in the end even tho it cost alot it was worth it thanks everyone a seer medical

Lovely staff- very welcoming.

Lovely staff- very welcoming.
Super easy to follow instructions and “comfortable” equipment (well, as comfortable as an at-home sleep study with electrodes on your head can be).

Communication was great. Disconnection was horrible

Communication was great. Easy support and lovely admin team.
Only issue was removal of electrodes... with long curly hair I really struggled on my own. (Husband at work).. I would of loved the option or support/ help to remove back at office with a sink/ hair basin etc as took me over 1 hour, alot of hair got pulled out and a whole lot of stress and tears... honestly the removal was horrible, very hard and only issue.

Great help & monitoring & setup covered for all potential issues, along with great phone support.
It made the best of an unpleasant experience - great job Seer.

The daily contact was very helpful and…

The daily contact was very helpful and sometimes when I got a bit lost with instruction they got me to sit in front of the camera and coached me through the process if I had any questions they were very available to speak to me which made the experience very good and the fact I was able to be myself and not be couped up in hospital was so great a very big thankyou

my experience with Seer.

MY name is William Whittle and the date of my appointment was the 4th April 2024. We were seen on time. The people were helpful and our technician was most helpful. The help and care we received while at home was excellent.

All the staff we're lovely. Just a little more information showing how to refill sensors. It was difficult to pierce the plastic.
