Wonderful staff
The lady who did the EEG was so wonderful and so kind to my daughter it was lovely. In fact everyone we came across was so nice.
The only thing I think could be better would be the room be darker and maybe a noise machine to drown out the traffic noise. But service was great

Very satisfied
The staff were very polite, gentle and good to deal with, understanding and helpful and met the appointment schedules. Regular Monitoring text messages were accurately provided with details with what needed correction with the head sensors.

Generally OK. But I can't really tell you anything useful now. It's been nearly two months and only now asking for feedback? That's disappointing, because I did have a number of things to tell you at the time.
And using a third-party for feedback on medical stuff (even "non-clinical" stuff)? Yeah, that's not OK in my book.

Seer Medical uses a third party to collect reviews to show that we aren’t filtering or editing reviews. We do this so that new patients can get authentic and reliable reviews from past patients to help them prepare for their monitoring. The review only asks for your experience and we ask that people don’t share any clinical aspects such as symptoms, diagnosis/treatment, or outcome — but we cannot control what people choose to share on TrustPilot. We follow the Ahpra guidelines and do not share ‘testimonials’ relating to clinical aspects of our services.
We ask for feedback after the monitoring, reporting, and claiming process is complete, as we want to give patients the opportunity to consider the whole experience when they write a review. We hope we are approachable for patients to provide feedback at any point throughout the monitoring, or at the disconnection appointment when returning the equipment to our clinic staff, but apologise that you don't feel you were given an option to leave feedback earlier.

A peaceful experience for a young child
After being referred here from PCH, I was a bit unsure of what the process was or what to expect, especially considering the patient was 2 years old.
The initial phone call was really informative, with them giving very clear directions as well as an email with all information on it promptly.
During the testing, both of the ladies made sure Mr 2 was calm throughout the set up, and kept Me informed of what was to happen once testing started.
Overall the time in there was relatively calm (we had a few tears, but he settled down rather quickly) and peaceful. I felt we were in and out rather quickly as well.
With no other patients there while we were in there, the whole experience was something I have no criticism about at all.

Pleasant to deal with over the phone and in person. Traffic noise outside could not really be helped, but manual clock in room hindered ability to sleep for eeg scan. And music choice could have been optional to sync to speaker for preferred comfort from my phone. Matilda was comfortable & felt calmed & informed.

Fail-safe monitoring
The benefits of a seven day monitoring program, with video footage far outweigh a six minute in-house EEG. I wish this technology was available twenty years ago.
