There was a fast response time

Smooth Membership cancellation

It's never fun to have to cancel a membership, but everything got done properly without surprises or hassles. In my case, I had to, because of another membership with the same group.

No Refund for False "Ad-Free" Promise

I subscribed to a site expecting an ad-free experience as advertised, but ads bombarded me from day one. When I contacted support for a refund, they refused.This feels like false advertising and poor customer service.
