Unable to fault this company at all. Very good experience when visiting Alex P at the Colchester showroom who offered good, friendly advice with no pressure. Survey carried out by Colin B, who was also polite & knowledgeable. Installation carried out to a first class standard by Gav T, who was also polite, courteous & very tidy. The product fitted was excellent quality. Many thanks to you all. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend SEH BAC in the future. 👍.

We had three external doors fitted. The whole process from start to finish was a pleasure. Excellent sales advice and guidance and the final fitting by Gav T and Gav H was excellent. Everything was very clean and tidy and both Gav T and Gav H went out of there way to ensure a top quality final finish with minimal disruption. Everything about SEHBAC is amazing, from the initial service from Alex Papadopoulos which if quick, accurate and professional (we have used him twice now and will recommend highly). The surveyor Colin Bresnan was incredibly accurate and tailored our windows to our specific needs and then the installers, Paul Moss and Kirk Piddock they were the best workmen we've had, polite, tidy and extremely good at their jobs. Honestly the best service you could ever want.

We contacted SEHBAC in mid December for a quote for a new front door. We spoke with the local representative (Alex Papadopoulos) and arranged an appointment with him at our local showroom.

Alex listened to what our ideas were in terms of style / colour / features etc and produced 3 quotes for us across 3 different style and range of doors.

After choosing a favourite we went away to discuss as we had appointments with other suppliers so we could ensure we were getting the best deal.

We had a more competitive offer from a competitor for a very similar looking door, however the quality of the door they were offering was not the same (the SEHBAC door featured a solid timber core and better security locks etc). However in response to the cheaper quote from the competitor we were offered a further reduction on the SEHBAC quote price and we agreed to use SEHBAC.

From there the process was simple, we had emails from Alex to setup the sale, sign the contract, agree the finance package and pay the deposit, all done over a few emails the same day.

Within 48 hours we had contact with the surveyor who came out a few days later to measure everything up.

We are now just awaiting an install date for the door.

So far we are really happy with the services offered by SEHBAC.

I recently had a new front door installed by Seh Bac. Alex (from the Colchester branch) was extremely nice and professional in helping me choose a new door. There was a slight hiccup, requiring a second visit after installation, but Seh Bac was extremely helpful in resolving the issue. My new door is beautiful and looks a lot better than my old one.
