A range of gifts on web page is interesting, but socks were sent wrong size (smaller from what I ordered) and it took more than two weeks for delivery. Won't be ordering again.

THE WORST! DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY.

The mug came broken because they packed it in a simple paper bag. I reached out multiple times, first to follow up on the package because it takes so long to arrive, then to inform them that it came broken, they reply to my email in one sentence and couldn’t even apologise for the inconvenience. This was part of a gift I needed for Father’s Day and they simply ruined it.

Later on they sent a replacement, and guess what? Again it was broken. It seems that they don’t understand that such delicate items need to be properly packed or they simply want to pack it in the cheapest way possible without considering the annoyance that the customer would get after receiving a broken item.

Now they don’t even want to refund my money, they offered to replace the package again for a 3rd time, without considering that it was meant to be for FATHERS DAY. It’s been a month since i placed my order and not only did they keep my money but also they are ignoring my emails.

As per the EU consumer rights law (EU 2019/771) I should be getting a full refund. So not only are their services of very bad quality but also they break the consumer law!

Avoid the hassle of dealing with this company, they are the worst!

I could not collect my order in time,because a serious accident .Contacted with ,,customer service,, which was very poor.Asked for redelivery which would be on my cost.Never got answer...BUT I PAYED FOR MY ITEM!!SO WHY THEY NOT GIVING REFUND,NOT EVEN ANSWERING!!TOK THE MONEY AND THAT'S ALL.FRAUD COMPANY, ⚠️⚠️ BE AWARE⚠️⚠️

They don't sell the products they advertise. They sent me a cheaper, uglier version of the product I ordered and when I asked for help from costumer support they said that they don't have the product.

I wanted to get the markers as a treat and a part of motivation for studying for my finals, unfortunately the delivery was almost a week late which I could get over, but the markers are cheap quality. Unfortunately, they are one of those dry, streaky ones, the color is weird on most of them and the caps keep falling off in my pencil case.
