Just a little nervous
I’m actually not sure how my experience is going yet. I’ve sent approximately 3 emails to them and I haven’t heard back yet. I purchased a seiko AP mod from them and I received an email for my receipt but nothing regarding shipping, production, etc. I LOVED their website and the watch I chose but I just want to make sure it’s going to be made. Third - we have all information on website FAQ and Terms and Condition. All items fully custom build on pre-order.
When customer pay for item, we purchase all necessary spare parts for this model assembly. We pay watchamaker for assembly, we pay for delivery, we pay for payment gateway etc....
Respect other people's work and time
What does return mean? We have all product photos - also we can attach video. All our customers receive exactly That - What ordered.
No need to blatantly lie! We always provide service and also we can always ship spare parts or repairs.
