Update. So there's a company called the same thing with the word "zone" in it that I placed an order with, not this company. The sites are so similar i thought I had the right place.They got back to me and told me that.. I'm thinking now this was the correct place I should have ordered from and I'm hoping that I will be able to order from this company instead, I think the other is a scam. So on to finding out my next step in trying to message that company.

I placed or order and my order has just been sitting and hasn't been filled yet.i do not have any tracking information because of that. I cannot seem to reach customer service to find out what is going on, so I just emailed them as well. I ordered custom Seiko Submariner gen II.

To be honest I was littlebit worried when I ordered, and 30 day estimated delivery time didn't help at all.
BUT, I couldn't have been more wrong!
After order I asked more details about current delivery time etc and I got answer right away. Estimated delivery time was 30 days on website, but after all I got it under 2 weeks.

My first impressions was impressed. The quality matches same price point Seiko Samurai. Love the details at this watch, like screw and glidelock clasp have S logos. Also it was very well packed. It came in seiko modshop watch box and with braclet screwdriver.

You still can't get Rolex Submariner in 500 euros, but you can get pretty fun, good quality homage and it's worth every penny.

Beautiful watches - but if you have a problem with one of them, you will get no support. After 11 month, my watch stand still after 1 hour wearing and fully winding. They ignored my mails after the first anwer and gave me no support

I'm impressed. A beautiful watch came in 20 days to Canada.
Came with handy pin removal tool to remove links and well packaged. Let's see if it stands up now, probably another watch in the future.

Seiko Mod Shop has been nothing short of outstanding so far. Email responses literally within minutes. Went over what I wanted and they told me exactly what they could and couldn't do. End result is within 5 days a tracking number and a photo of the finished product...exactly like I asked for. Cannot wait to receive my Submariner. My Seiko modded Submariner.

These are Not Seiko Watches but a cheap reproduction that carries the Seiko name. You cannot register them with Seiko and the one we received does not even work

Just placed my order on Seiko Nautilus Tiffany. Good communication with seller so far. Fast response on mail. I have high expectations!

Got my Seiko Nautilus style, 2-3 weeks to receive. Looks pretty good, one thing to be improved is the crone, it is about 1mm away from the case.

Very bad customer service wont reply to emails been trying for 6 days, no tracting number, i payed but dont jnow if i will get a product think i have been ripped of.

Terrible customer service and rip off prices for fake goods. Incredibly rude people too.. Avoid at all costs. 0 stars.
