Jerry Seiner Buick GMC

DO NOT buy a car from this dealership. My son bought a 2017 Volkswagen GTI from them and they had him sign the paperwork before the car even arrived from Arizona. He did not get to test drive it before the paperwork was completed. He was told by his salesman that they would fix some things that were wrong with the car before he took it home. By the time he got the car almost 3 weeks after signing the paperwork and putting $2,500 down they finally turned it over to him. One of the first things he noticed was that some of the things his salesman Joey told him would be fixed like the hood strut, the roof liner inside and the plastic trim that holds the seat in place and the bezel rings around the lights were not fixed like promised. When he went into the dealership and talked to the Used car Manager Michael, he told my son that that was not part of the sale, which contradicted what Joey told him. When he did drive it off the lot his temporary License plate expired that day showing just how long they had the car before he got it. When he asked them about it he was told that he could register it online that day to get his plate. He got pulled over on the way home and that was the first thing the Police Officer asked about so he had to explain that he was actually on his way home from the dealership with the car. Then the fun started. Within a week of him having the car his coolant light came on. He checked the reservoir and it was low because it was leaking out of the reservoir onto the radiator and the inside of the engine. He took the car back to the dealership to have it looked at and they wanted to have him pay for it to be looked at. They scheduled the appointment and he asked to speak to the GM of the dealership only to be told that he was on vacation. and when he brought it back in on the day of the appointment the hose completely came off and sprayed coolant all over the inside of the engine. When he was able to speak to the GM David he placated my son saying I totally understand but I will have to look into this before I can do anything. He called my son and told him that after looking at everything there was nothing he could do because this all happened outside the 30 days of him having the car. So now the car is still sitting at the dealership because it cannot be driven and he was told they will work with him about it being fixed but he will have to pay for it. My son is a full time College student and cannot afford to pay to have a supposedly certified used car fixed within weeks of him taking possession of it. He was warned by an EMPLOYEE at this dealership not to buy a car from them but did not listen because of the lies and promises that the used car dealer promised him
