Sekelskifte has great products (I mostly buy wood-stuff and hangers/knobs etc). Whenever it is possible to compare one can see that they have lower prices than for instance byggfabriken. I particularly appreciate the helpful and knowledgeable service I get at the store in Västberga. People know the history of the buildings and can guide in a friendly way

I was a bit surprised to receive a product from the brand Gabolo Fratelli, which is just a quite known Italian brand which was renamed to "Kensington". I also noticed a product stated as percelain which was just ceramic. Please just be honest about what you sell.

I ordered several "Schuhmacher Lampen" from sekelskifte and I am very happy with these lamps. As I damaged two lampshades while mounting the lamps and I lost some small spareparts, the service team could help me to get the missing/damaged parts very quickly.

I had ordered rolls of wallpaper several months before and just now noticed that a part of the wallpaper roll had a defect (no fault of Sekelskifte). I made a notice of this to which Sekelskifte replied quickly and sent me a new roll. They were very kind and helpful, keeping me up to date. Overall their online store is excellent, they ship quickly and they offer international orders with local payment options!
Nice range of products and good customer service when any issues occurred.

We had an excellent experience with this supplier! From start to finish, the customer service was outstanding. They were solution-oriented, responded quickly, and were always friendly and reasonable. It was a real pleasure working with them.
We ordered numerous items for our bathroom renovation, and everything arrived on time and in perfect condition. The quality of the products is exceptional as well.

We ordered so many things for our bathroom renovation and the customer service has been amazing! We had a small issue with the toilet that was delivered and the customer support were kind, helpful and quick to sort out the issue and send a new one. All other items that we bought were perfect and we love the design. Highly recommend them!!
