I purchased a Sekoda GPS Sports Smartwatch

I purchased a Sekoda GPS Sports Smartwatch from this company. When fully charged with the supplied USB cable, the display only uses Asian characters and is impossible to time set or establish any other feature without the aid of an "app". Communication with the support team only goes round in ever decreasing circles because they do not understand that I don't use or need an "app". The Company deserves a negative score. Do not buy this product.
