Created with AI, based on recent reviews

Evaluating 133 reviews, most reviewers were let down by their experience overall. Customers frequently state that the products are poorly made, prone to breaking quickly, and fail to function as advertised in the descriptions. Consumers also struggled significantly with the refund process, noting that support requests are often ignored or subjected to unexpected handling fees. Though some customers found specific features acceptable and were pleased with certain items given the lower cost compared to alternatives. A few people mentioned that basic health tracking functions and battery life worked well enough for their daily routines. Reviewers noted that these devices met expectations for simple tasks despite the widespread negative feedback surrounding the brand.

Only order if you're sure you want the product!

I ordered the sekoda gps sports smartwatch after reading good reviews online. After I received the watch I realized the style didn't work for me when on my wrist so requested a refund. It's worth people knowing if ordering from the UK that you're very unlikely to get that money back if you want to return. This is the process I needed to go through:

Return the item for a refund, with the following conditions:
You will be responsible for all shipping costs (both initial delivery and return shipping to Hong Kong)
A 15% handling fee will be deducted from the refund
The return process takes approximately one month
Return shipping costs are approximately £35 (please check with your local post office for exact rates)
You must provide tracking information
Refund will be processed after we receive the item
Please note: If the international package is held by customs and cannot be cleared, we will be unable to process any refund as we have not received the returned item

Sekoda watch scam item

I bought a Sekoda smart watch at the end of October 25....recommended online as the best to buy at £129.
It ran out of charge and would not charge back up...when I reported it to their customer support they told me that as it had been used they would not refund or replace it. Surely an item at this price ought to last more than 3 months!

"Smart Glasses" rip-off

These glasses are terrible. They're unbranded, not what I paid for, and the pictures they take are awful. The pictures are washed out. The shutter delay is so bad the subject is all over the place, and WORST of all, the videos never import. There's no option to import or even view the video in the app. I should have spent two hundred dollars more for the stupid Meta-powered kind (barf) or just forgotten the idea altogether. And it turns itself on at random (even when voice wake-up is turned off) and it just listens.
On the app, everything past the main pages is in Chinese. No language options. I could have lived with just that.

Buyer Beware! Misleading country of origin. Inferior product.

The website misleads consumers in thinking it is a UK watch when in fact it is from Hong Kong. Costs more to return if not satisfied. They offered a 10-20% discount if I did not dispute the charges. The app error codes appear to be in Cantonese. They are mimicking the well-known Sekonda watches from the UK with a significantly inferior product. So many things wrong with this company. BUYER BEWARE!!!

Total scam

Somehow this company was able to get in the top 10 list for fast and reliable router. Website looks legit (it's not). It took over two weeks to receive. Couldn't connect to the internet and the instructions are completely useless and unclear. Tried to communicate to get a refund to no avail. No one responds. Their website says "Chat with us" but there's no chat box. Be aware and don't fall for it like I did (Fool me once...).
Since I received the nonfunctioning router, someone named LEO keeps sending me emails with efforts to somehow get me to pay them a portion of my original charges (which was returned to me after filling a dispute with the CC company).
This guy has no shame and will not give up. Scammer...
Don't, DON'T even start anything with this online outfit. I guarantee, 100%0 you'll be sorry if you do!!!

Do not buy anything from this company

I bought a pair of noise cancelling earbuds for my husband for Christmas. When they arrived, the noise cancelling function did not work at all. I contacted Sekoda asking to return what I assumed was a defective item. The company has asked for videos to demonstrate the ANC does not work (twice) despite acknowledging a video cannot do so. They insist they need objective evidence as they only have my word they don’t work. They claim they need to review the video with narrative, then claimed they needed written documents as the narrative was in a foreign language ( English). One month later they are still refusing to comply with their published terms and conditions, which promise full refund and carriage for return of defective items

Scam website - buyer beware

I put this complaint under a review of this company’s other website. They are running a scam; I paid £99 for ‘Sekoda’ earbuds which arrived as generic Chinese earbuds worth about £25. Got the same refund ‘offers’ as everyone else on here. Took it up with UK Trading Standards but they could do nothing as it’s a Chinese company. Avoid. I simply don’t know how they can be alllowed to peddle their rubbish…the Sekoda.co.uk website remains the same with a fictitious story.

Wow- DO NOT BUY THIS JUNK

Wow, so many bad reviews. Bought my watch in Sept25, crapped out yesterday. Clearly these guys are just junk manufacturers who sell rubbish and don't support their product, hiding behind a website that spins BS out quality and reputation. Just another bunch of scammers out of China, just need to punch myself in the face for being sucked in, not expecting any service or support at all from these criminals.

Sekoda not Sekonda

Saw the Sports watch on the internet (SEkoda). Had a very good review from an "expert" and priced at £129 whereas compatible Suunto or garmin were £600+.
Item did not arriveblut sent an email and got a response with tracking data which was phony. However watch turned up in about 10 days direct from China. Minimal instruction leaflet so have not checked out all functions but heart rate.time, date, steps all seem to work. However my advice is do not touch this Sekoda product as the company seems phony and are just selling a chinese made imitation of a real product.

AVOID!!!!!! Also bought the GPS watch as advertised as best on the market for £129 which I thought would be good value. Will not charge at all, and after several days use, now sits unusable in my draw. They will not respond to my emails. Website should shut these thieves down, please, please avoid at all costs 😡

A bunch of thieves

A bunch of thieves. Did not send the watch that I ordered. Offered to refund 3 percent of purchase price if I kept it but stated that if I decided to return it, it would cost 35 pounds for postage to Hong Kong with many weeks to recieve money owed. Keep well away from them.

Hidden requirements for returns

The company has completely unreasonable demands if you regret your online purchase that are not clear when you order your product.

They do not follow the laws that apply in Sweden and only delay your case by offering higher and higher refunds. In my case, they started at 3% and ended at 30%. But for me it did not matter as the purchase was a gift for someone who had already bought the same type of product. But charging administrative costs of 15% and forcing you to send your product back to a suspicious address in China is not serious.

Therefore, you should feel very confident that what you are buying is a product you really want. Since I have not tested the GPS watch yet, I have no comments on the functions and quality. But unfortunately I can read that others have had bad experiences ...;-(

Definitely Not Sekonda! Avoid!

AVOID ! I wish I had read the Trust Pilot reviews on here before ordering from this company. Unfortunately I didn’t. Like many (I suspect I’m not the only one) I misread the name and thought I was buying a Sekonda sports watch. I also googled an article about the best sports watches of 2025 reviewed by a person called Mark Patterson. It gave the Sekoda Sports watch rave reviews! Based on this I bought the watch online from Sekoda.co.uk website. When I realised I had been conned I tried to cancel the order via email on their website (the only way to contact them). They wouldn’t let me cancel the order and within a week had shipped out the watch. The website has no company address, no contact telephone number and they don’t publish a returns policy. When I emailed them to say I didn’t want to keep the watch they tried to offer me money first 3% then 10% to keep the watch. I insisted I wanted a refund so they gave me a return shipping address in China even though they are a .co.uk trading site ! I checked the address on Apple Maps and it said it didn’t exist? They warned me that it would cost £35 to ship the watch back to China and that they would deduct the outgoing shipping costs plus a 15% handling fee from any money they might refund me. They also said it would take over a month to process the refund and if customs held up my package in China or wherever they would not be held responsible and that I was responsible for tracking the package myself. All in all a good way to dissuade you from trying to get a refund. I’m hoping my bank will get me my money back but I’m not hopeful of a positive outcome. Please spread the word and avoid anything to do with this rip off trader.
