Instructions were not clear... policy number had letters and numbers, I cut and pasted them in... not recognised; sent email to company, they took over 24 hours to respond and said cut and paste does not work and the letters were not needed... how was I to guess that?

Awful ski holiday travel insurance
Left me bed bound looking at the four walls of my hotel room after an accident on the slopes that left me immobile
They literally said on the phone and I quote “it’s not our fault you’ve had an accident”
Wouldn’t cover an earlier flight home and said if I did I would jeopardise my medical expenses claim also
Absolutely horrible experience
Be aware they will try to weasel out of everything
