The quality of the swords is incredible. I deducted a star because I had a lot of trouble during the shipping process. But the seller was helpful enough. The swords are really beautiful.

very good customer service

I bought two sabers from them, now. Both Neopixel. One is my trustworthy alrounder and one was a present for a friend. The last one suddenly stopped working. I contacted them, we exchanged a few messages, videos and pictures and I got a replacement for the defective part very quick. I'll buy again:)

Awesome lightsaber and brilliant customer service! May the Force be with you!

I got a lightsaber back in May (well in advance of my boyfriend's July birthday because I was just so excited to find a Cal Kestis saber that wasn't obscenely expensive) and it was delivered super quickly and the lightsaber looked incredible! My boyfriend absolutely loved it!
Absolutely brilliant lightsaber and even more brilliant customer service! :)

I won’t buy from anyone else!


Ever since I discovered Tatooine Lightsabers around a year ago after trying a few saber companies with not so great experiences I have never looked back.

Fair prices, great shipping, large variety of sabers as well as extras as well as merch. The staff are lovely people and so easy to get hold of. I cannot recommend these guys enough.

I am using their lightsabers in a Star Wars fan film I am doing because of the quality, durability and they just look awesome.

Quality is with Tatooine Lightsabers.

This is my second lightsaber purchase from Tatooine Lightsabers and I really can't recommend them enough.
Infact, I have been doing so to anyone who will listen.

Not only are their prices and wide range of stock fantastic, but their communication and the speed in which they deliver is outstanding.

From the time of ordering, I had the Lightsaber within around 4 days.
Everything was very well packed and arrived in perfect condition.

I'll most certainly be back to order again in the near future.

Costumer service (almost) zero. Product does not work.

Got a saber as a present from my kids. Didn`t work. Wrote to them attacing a video of the problem following The procedure on their website. Nothing has happened. Written three times. Still nothing has happened. My advice is do not shop With them.
UPDATE August and september: heard from them (after leaving this review on Trustpilot). Sent them what they wanted including ordernumber and receipt. Since then all but silence. It is correct, that I’m not a customer since the produkt was a gift wich I never denied.

Good service

Great customer service, got a response very quick to help with the problem. It was a little unclear on how to start up the saber (the chosen one), which I couldn’t see in the manual. The saber works great and works better than I thought that it would.

One of the worst if not lost horrible…

One of the worst if not lost horrible buying experiences I’ve EVER!! Had. Unresponsive, uncommunicative customer service. Offered nothing to make things right with me especially for how much I spent on this product for it to arrive so late and defective.

A dream come true

This was my dream coming true: my wife gave a Starkiller Lightsaber as anniversary present and it's awesome, better than I expected! It's just a bit too long the blade, but it's my fault, I didn't check it. Anyway, I love it, not only to play with it, but also it's a beautiful display on my desk.

READ THIS!!

I purchased from Tatooine Lightsabers on May 4th and received my full order by May 23rd. I definitely had my doubts and questioned if they were legit or not but I got my order and both my lightsabers came in a fancy black hard case. I did have an issue with my Kylo Ren lightsaber but it was just the battery compartment that needed a slight adjustment that fixed it. Sara had me send videos of the issue and she helped me along the way. She even sent a video back with instructions and how to fix what might have been the issue which fixed it! I just hope it holds up for years to come. Great customer service from Sara though. She emailed me back in less than 24 hours everytime I had a question and sometimes the response was within 30 min or less. The response was even faster when I spoke to them via Instagram messenger. Even though I had my doubts and thought I got scammed at first, I was very very wrong. I would definitely purchase from Tatooine Lightsabers again. I’ll give them 5 stars because of the customer service and quality of my whole order.

So the sound board is glitched and…

So the sound board is glitched and effects are glitched and is stuck on the same effect and when u try change it it says the same one over and over again and the blade flickers

Probably will not order from them again…

The entire experience was frustrating and a little misleading. It took forever (almost a month) to get my full order after numerous attempts to email them. What was supposed to be fun for me and my family became frustrating. My Saber came as described. My families sabers did not. It wasn't until I disputed the charge with my bank when they finally got their act together and sent me my full order.

A nice high quality lightsaber with a good service.

I purchased the lightsaber a couple weeks ago now and it came yesterday. The saber is high quality and feels really nice. At the start I had some issues but was resolved by Sara fairly quickly. I am happy now and cannot wait to have many great experiences with it. Thank you Sara for sorting the issues I had out.

So delivery was great it did come when…

So delivery was great it did come when it said it would but the item itself was delivered destroyed the connection prongs on the inside of the saber broke so I couldn't connect the blade to the hilt and have it light up
