Great customer service

Excellent customer service (especially Sarah)! My international order initially got lost in the mail, but the team at Select Publishing were extremely helpful and quickly arranged replacements until the issue was resolved. The magazine eventually arrived safely in Sweden and I really appreciate their support. Highly recommend!

Magazine arrived

I pre-ordered the Lady Gaga magazine in December. As the item did not arrive by mid February, I contacted support to inform them about it. They offered to send me a replacement and it arrived! :) (I live in Italy)

Slow shipping and bad website

Pre-ordered the january rolling stone issue and got an email saying i could view my order details with a link but the link prompted a log in to an account i had not made, contacted them and was told there is no way to view an order on their website and that my issue was posted jan 5th, it did not arrive until jan 13th, rolled up and creased.

awful

they don’t post orders and customer service is BAD. been waiting 2 months for an order, emailed to cancel as was taking too long and they apparently “can’t offer a refund” (replied 2 weeks later) thieves and scammers !!!!

Dissatisfying

I ordered the October/November issue of Rolling Stone featuring Louis Tomlinson, but I never received my magazine. After waiting almost two months, I got a full refund. I found the customer service to be really helpful, but the service itself was of low quality and unserious, with no value for money.
