I started my bridal wardrobe with Selfie Leslie... 10/10. Can't recommend them enough. Quality is fantastic, shipping was quick, they packed my dresses into a beautiful garment bag, and even sent a sweet card congratulating me on my engagement. The dress was too small and I was charged a $10 fee to get a refund within 30 days. Will not shop here again.

The dress was beautiful but was too small. I was given the option to get a refund with a $10 fee. My daughter paid for the dress and neither of us could understand why we were charged a fee. That is outrageous. You should be ashamed!

While exchanges and store credit are completely free, returns for a refund do include a one-time processing fee of $9.75 per order. Did not receive the correct dress and…

Did not receive the correct dress and the earrings are defective. I can not get anyone in customer service to respond and help me, I should not have to pay for return shipping and should be able to return the ear rings. Also the dress quality is definitely not worth $100.

Rip in the seam

I got my dresses, and they fit definitely true to size, but I am disappointed because the seam came ripped, and I am worried if the string gets pulled, there will be a giant hole! For the amount of money paid, the dress should have came without flaws, especially bought new. :(

Fell apart after one wash

The item was beautiful online. It showed up on time. The fit of the dress is very weird. Even after washing it, it was just oddly large in certain spots and very tight in other spots. When I washed it, it started to come unravel and fall apart.

Horrible

Bought some dresses, they did not fit, when I tried to return them they say final sale and cannot return. Their site never said anything about not being able to send them back. I am furious and will not be buying from this site again

We do our best to clearly document all final sale items so there is no guesswork before a purchase is made. On the product page, final sale items are marked with the final sale price in red text along with the words “Final Sale.” Then, once a final sale item is added to the cart, the cart pop-up also displays “Final Sale No returns or exchanges” in red underneath that item.

That said, we completely understand how easy it can be to miss or overlook those notices when shopping online.
