Awaiting refund

Great boxes, but one of my orders I had made a mistake and bought the wrong boxes. I returned the package as per their instructions. They confirmed that they received the returned package and guaranteed that I would get a refund within 14 days. It has been over a month and still nothing. I have emailed support many times without any response at all. This is very frustrating as they have great products and I am interested in purchasing from them in the future, but I need to know that I can trust them and that they will give at the least a decent customer service.

They charge so much for delivery

They charge so much for delivery in my case it was the same amount as the product itself, I paid 17€ for delivery by UPS, that is supposed to be a professional company, and I still haven't received my package. My status has been estimate delivery for 2 days, I couldn't do anything go anywhere, and today Saturday when I go out for 2 min to throw my trash, they can't even be bothered to call, I was right there, just not next to my intercom ... I mean you got my number !!!??? Why do you charge so much when you can't even deliver in the timeline that you set !

Charging extras by default, Ignoring emails, no customer service.

I didn't realise the elastic option which I didn't need was added to my order automatically until it had gone through, I emailed them straight away to ask to remove it and refund, but received no reply. I chased a few days later and still nothing. My order was dispatched and I emailed them again and my email is still ignored. Not happy!
