My experience with Selina finance has been really straightforward. The team explain things in detail and make sure you fully understand what is being explained to you. My original call with JP was brilliant and he is a credit to the company.

Throughout the process Selina finance staff were incredibly supportive, professional and efficient. James, Darcie & Sam have all gone above and beyond to support me throughout the process. From application to funds in the bank was in total around 10 days including a bank holiday weekend! Communication from James during the Initial call to support me was absolutely impeccable and you could hear he was truly dedicated to finding the best possible solution for me. Darcie as my case manager was fabulous! She communicated clearly and responded to my queries and questions instantly. Sam who helped with the document aspect of it was kind, professional and extremely helpful. I couldn’t recommend the company enough. The staff genuinely care, they have such a wealth of knowledge and finding the right option and support is at the forefront of every aspect. This money will have a huge impact on mine and my son’s life. For that I will be forever grateful. Thank you Selina finance and of course, what an awesome name 😉

Fantastic professional company.

The team were fantastic from the very start. All my loan options were fully explained and didn’t put any pressure on me to make a decision. The loan is a life changing event which will allow us to make essential home improvements. I cannot thank James & David enough for all their patience and time spent on my case. Chloe, Paige and all of the team are a credit to Selina and have been so helpful throughout the process. Obviously, it is a major decision to borrow but they have such a calm, helpful and friendly approach to customers that it made the whole process a pleasure. Very easy to deal with

Horrible was told I can afford it then said no I even told them I have extra income through my husband and I done all the things they asked but nope didn’t even get a call I had to call them I’m not happy at all and my advisor refusing to speak to me every time I called

Professional and friendly advice, best customer service I’ve received in years. This could have been a daunting experience, consolidating debts and a bit extra for home improvements, it was far from that. After a review of my current situation and future needs I was offered a number of options which we worked through together. My initial appointment was Friday morning and funds in my account Tuesday afternoon. Huge thank you to Chantelle and Leanne, dream team!

I wanted a loan to consolidate my cc debt. I went to Nationwide, I was given a DIP and then declined saying there was something on my file. There is nothing on my file, I dont think they wanted to lend while I had debts. They didnt know my story, just a number to them.
I found Selina loans, applied and James called me, discussed my situation and he was happy with my intentions. Several emails, uploading docs, being informed by Darcie of my loans progress, I have now received the funds. I have paid everything off and now a light at end of tunnel. I cant thank you all enough.

Great company to work with & all the staff are friendly & extremely helpful. Getting some of the paperwork is a pain when you have to do it more than once but that’s the only downside.
Would highly recommend using.
