Very disappointed with the experience

Very disappointed with the experience. The website stated that import fees would be applied at checkout, yet UPS later demanded additional payment before delivery. I tried resolving the issue and contacted support multiple times but received no response while the delivery became increasingly urgent. Since the order was an international gift purchase, even attempting to pay the fees online caused billing issues due to the country mismatch. Poor communication and misleading shipping information made this a very frustrating experience.
