Quick to Accept Payment. Slow on the follow-through.

SellerInsure was quick to accept payment back in October. Eventually, Amazon needed additional info in January because the account was upgraded to professional. SellerInsure said to simply contact their appropriate department. They never responded after multiple email messages. After Amazon's 30 day window to submit the required documents, my account was ultimately deleted. Now we must start over 5 months later.

i love it...

i loved it,except one thing,and is why i gave 4 stars..it needs some bunny slides for Easter and other easter slides,idk why they left that holiday out,i been trying to find Easter slides..but don't know,if what few i found would work on my projector..THEY COULD HAVE LEFT OUT THE high heel shoes n lips slide and made at least 1 cute one for Easter and made one with leprechauns to go with the shamrocks or clovers...wish i knew who to write to get them to add and sell some Easter slides and other cute pics for spring.

This client has not responded once to our emails since the day he purchased. Literally only today he messaged us back apologizing for his mail box being too full.This is why we request all clients to speak to us personally before making any purchases ,this will allow us to tell you how we operate/communicate.Unfortunately this client paid before we ever had a chance to speak and explain exactly what the steps are and how we communicate.

Worst Service Ever

I purchased a verified amazon account with 5-7 days delivery (850$), today it has past 2 months, nobody help me to solve it, sellersuport email doesnt answer me. I thought that this company would be professional but I think this is a SCAM.

PLEASE READ BEFORE YOU DECIDE TO DUE BUSINESS WITH THEM!

This company and there staff do NOT deliver what they promise, they collect the fee's and leave you hanging for months! and mean while they do not respond to your emails and OR concerns, they were suppose to set up seller account for us and all we got was an suspended amazon account that was useless, which was set up with a fake name and address, read all the reviews before you make any purchases from this company.

Hello Mike we apologize about the issues you faced with our company.However it seems that you have a very solvable case but just had communication issues.We do not send clients suspended accounts,however sometimes amazon will put a temporary hold on accounts pending additional information which will look like a suspension.We explain to all clients upfront before they purchase that amazon may do this in a week or so from the account creation ,which is a very quick fix for us but it depends on if you keep us updated on the account status.Once we send clients the accounts we do not access them without your permission .The only way for us to know there's a issue with the account is if you email us.We have done a search in our database under the name Mike/Michael Parker and it only came up with 2 profiles connected to Sellerinsure each with separate emails none which have any communication history at all.This is a major reason why with some clients they say we do not communicate,which is not a fair accusation. A lot of clients create too many profiles on Sellerinsure using different emails and Aliases.We urge all visitors to create only one account with one primary contact email,it gets very confusing when clients email us under different aliases and emails.If you can please contact us directly at projects@sellerinsure.com we would love to resolve your issue.

I have no regrets about my purchase with sellerinsure. Jermaine and his staff did a great job at setting up my new seller account and teaching me how to use it correctly.Do yourself a favor and use this service if you have amazon issues.

These people are scammers. Do not trust their service

Let me start off by saying these scammers start off saying good things about their service just to get you to pay for it. I was told a newly fresh Amazon account will be delivered in 5-7 days. On the 6th day I was worried and contacted customer service and chatted with customer service which he told me an email was sent to me. I went through my inbox and found nothing. I then went in the trash and saw their email and quickly added them as a contact and all the emails I got from them went straight in the trash. They explained to me and apologized for the delay because they were suppose to submit some papers to Amazon which I knew it was a liar but I still played cool. They ended creating an account and later Amazon sent an email saying the account has been restricted and its under review and they would need proof and I know sellerinsure will and can never get this info so there is a great possibility that this is a total scam. Amazon gave Sellerinsure 9 days to provide the documents or the account will be closed which they never did and woke up this morning, opened the fake email Sellerinsure created and the Amazon account got closed. I sent an email to sellerinsure and the reply I got was "I will never get a refund and asked me if I wanted them to pay me a visit", what a bad way to talk to a customer and I wish they will try. I created two different account under different names and asked Sellerinsure about their service and told them i was skeptical about the reviews I saw online and all they said was, their competitors left the negative review just to tarnish their image and brand. Sellerinsure does not even have a phone number to call them and I paid for the service on May 18th,2017 and today is June 26th,2017. To anyone reading this review, I would tell you do not trust these people. Lastly I will be reporting Sellerinsure's website to top Government agencies like Federal Bureau of Investigation, Internet Crime Complaint, EConsumer Government, and Department of Justice and possibly Amazon (with a lot of proofs) since I know I will never be allowed to open an Amazon account under my name so why not let Amazon know about this fradulent thing going on. Please do not let these people take your money and leave you in the dark and the only way to edit or delete this review is if I get my whole refund back plus the $34.99 Amazon charged. Thank you

I couldn't even read the whole reply Sellerinsure sent. I created a newly fresh professional seller account with my girl's name and I'm back selling on my favorite platform. And I want y'all to understand that, it only took Amazon's QP department less than 5 hours to verify the account and the account was back in good standing and ready to sell. Lastly, no matter how mad a customer is, a customer is always right and that's why its called 'CUSTOMER SERVICE'.

What a joke. It doesn't take 2 weeks for Amazon to verify an account. I have been an Amazon seller for over 5 years plus I have worked in Amazon's warehouse so I can tell y'all that's a lie. The maximum days it takes for account verification is 2-3 days. You people couldn't provide the necessary documentation Amazon asked for. Worst service ever plus rude way to talk to a customer.

Your account was delivered within 7 business days of you ordering. All accounts must undergo a 2 week verification process by Amazon where they ask you for additional documentation.This is a 2017 policy for new sellers,exactly why clients like you need our services.Your going by information from 5 years ago when amazon was completely more lenient with new signups.Anyone current on amazon who just recently made an account knows amazon updates their rules/policys for new signups yearly.They always have new policy updates which don't always apply right away for those grandfathered in under a older account.Claiming that you have been selling on amazon for 5 years doesn't make you a expert at creating accounts.All that means is you havent created a account in 5 years and dont know recent policy's for new signups.Also working in a FBA warehouse doesnt make you a amazon account professional,our staff has people who worked for fba warehouses before and It has been confirmed that accounts and passing amazon verification's is not taught as apart of that job description.Most the time Seller support doesn't know how to help with amazon account issues ,We highly doubt a warehouse worker would.Also Amazon stealth has been around for over 10 years with ebooks and all sought of guides,do you really think amazon does not know about these methods for beating amazon suspension.The difference between our site and other guides is we dont keep using out dated information.All clients are told upfront exactly what the service entails,you are told the accounts will be made using complete made up info even allowing you the choice to choose the info as long as it doesnt match info on a suspended account.You even signed a contract which stated all this information upfront,but once the service began you pretended as if none of this information was given.We are not rude ,but sometimes clients do not understand the concept of what they paid for when asking to be sneaked back on Amazon.If you want to resolve this we have absolutely no issues with getting you the account at anytime,we prefer to have happy clients.

P.s. All clients come to us knowing they can easily use a family members information ,change some computer information and start a account. That's not hidden information to anyone and that's not the point of our service.Majority of clients interested in Amazon stealth are usually looking for back up's so they can split up payments among 2-5 or + accounts to avoid certain velocity limits that come with being a new seller account.So unless your a ladies man with multiple girlfriends willing to give you their information ,how do you plan for that many accounts?What happens if your girl friend or family members account goes down ,who will you ask next?The purpose of our service is to help people avoid having to use real info to sell on amazon.In the USA it may affect the credit score of a family member if they use their information depending on how the Tax interview is filled out.I urge all visitors to contact us and not make a final opinion of us off one sided reviews,If you schedule with our reps we do make calls.

Sellerinsure - best and only choice for Amazon appeal letter

A big thank you to Sellerinsure. When Amazon is your income and you have a family to support, you cannot leave these things to chance.

Sellerinsure provided a very effective appeal letter that got my account reinstated. When I was suspended out of the blue, I reached out to about 4-5 different service providers (no kidding) that offered the appeal letter service. Sellerinsure was the only provider that offered a prompt solution and responded to my request in a timely manner. The other providers took many days to respond or did not respond at all. Do not trust anyone else with your Amazon suspension appeal. These guys know what they are doing, They are quick, courteous and reliable. Thank you Pablo and Jermaine!

Saved my business form bankruptcy

A competitor had been constantly making false reports on my seller account and trying to get my shutdown. After amazon suspended my account Alex wrote an appeal for me since he had worked with many cases like this before. Amazon responded in the morning with a successful reinstatement letter! If I had not gotten the account back so quickly, there is no way I would have been able to pay the bills and keep food on the table for my family.
