wow, what a scam, I tried selling my samsung tab s9 with pen got quoted 250 because I was honest about the scratches and yeah there were scratches. First they told me they couldn't send someone that day, it would be the next day. Then 4 hours later I got a call that they could be there in an hour to pick it up. Ok fine great news, guy shows up low balls me and says $100 because "the battery wasn't authentic and the scratches are too severe" (original battery never had work done on it.) As for the scratches they were very minor and you had to look for them to see them so they don't affect the overall viewing performance.

Sold tab on kijiji for $350 two days later. Avoid like the plague.

I really hope more people find this company. I spoke to several of them - all were unbelievably friendly. I would recommend anyone trying this out. These guys are a heck of a lot nicer to deal with than trying to sell stuff on my own. 10/10 would use them again

This was my first experience with the SELLIT9 service, and I’m honestly really impressed with how good their customer support is.

To start, the item I wanted to trade wasn’t even listed on their site, so I used the chat button to ask about it. Kyle helped me out personally and gave me a great quote for my device.

They sent me a Canada Post express return label by email just a few minutes later, and after that, everything went smoothly. Within 2 business days, my trade was processed and I had my e-gift card ready to use. Kyle even gave me a call to check that I received the gift card.
