Bad experience with them (we sell my car), i was told with quoted the website is £12,000 which i know have lose alot of money but i need the money badly,i booked appointment on getting there,they are giving me excuses and he said let me call my boss and he told me they could only offer me £4000.i did not sell my car that day because 3 of my friends said that's what they always do they will call and say sorry we cannot offer you the actually money will say on website,since then i do not advice anyone to go to them again. when they want to sell it they will bring the money up

Also in my experiences with this company the drivers they send for pickup are also very professional and courteous. Convenient service but scam artists. Shorted us almost 700$ because vehicle “wouldn’t start”even though it just needed to be jumped.

Simple. Got cash. Gave them the title. Just follow up with DMV. You send your license plates and ownership transfer form to DMV.

Most of the time, this process can feel like a chore. This was very organized, completely quickly, and I got what I felt was a very fair price.

What I loved about "Sell My Car Online" the selling process was simple and quick. The application process was easy. The tow service was free. I scheduled day for pickup (don't miss the call ) They brought check with them. All I did was hand over signed Title. It was that easy. Got paid $495 for my car compared to "We Buy Any" who only wanted to give me $100 to $200.

removal of the car went fine-payment took two weeks to be delivered (not the fault of SMCO) but the check was made out in my mothers name, who had held the title before I bought the car from her in 2016. She's not exactly trustworthy so I'm simply never seeing that money again. kicking myself but for all the time I waited and calling twice, I wish someone had asked who on earth the check should even be made out to.

Submitted the details of my old car through the online portal, accepted the offer. Total time about 15 minutes. Because it was a Sunday I didn't call to schedule the pickup and before I could, they called me and were here in less than 35 minutes. Total time on the entire transaction was about an hour. Took me longer to grab the title, keys and ID so they could pay me and haul it away.

Thay came out 2 times and didn't take the car because it didn't start well it is a junk car what did thay expect??
