SCAM

SCAM - Predatory and Deceptive

Will targeted elderly home sellers, deliberately went around their real estate seller's agent, and used scare tactics and high pressure sales to scam them into signing a contract on the spot for HUNDREDS OF THOUSANDS less than their property is worth. He also did not make it clear that the contract allowed him to add as much in fees as he wants and they have to pay without any option to decline paying excessive fees.

RUN AWAY - they are not a company you want to be involved with.
