Not for businesses

The product is good quality. The design is an exact match for my own.
The problem is that when I request an invoice, they don't send it and don't provide the complete tax information.
For businesses, this is a major inconvenience.

Worst online shopping experience ever

This is the worst online shopping experience I have ever had. I gave one star because it is not possible to give zero.
One hour after placing the order, I asked for it to be cancelled because I found out that my daughter already had an identical stamp and the gift was for her. Even though the company allows up to 2 hours to cancel orders, they did not process the cancellation. I sent up to four emails requesting it, and none of them received a response.
Ten days later, they told me that the order had already been shipped and that they could not do anything. The carrier claims that it has already been delivered, which is impossible because the address I provided was my workplace and, on the day and time they claim the delivery was made, the place was closed and I was on vacation.
Now they tell me that, if I want, I can return the stamp and that once they receive it, they will refund the money. But this is impossible because I have not received anything.
I want to believe that this is simply extremely poor management, because otherwise there would be no choice but to believe that it is a scam.
