Good and Bad.

Communication wasn’t good at all.

I sent my package Friday and according to the Royal Mail tracking, it was received on Saturday.

I didn’t get any email or any notification to let me know that it had been received. That’s a little worrying when you’re sending to a company you know nothing about.

Monday I emailed first thing in the morning to ask what was happening. Nothing.
I emailed again in the afternoon to ask the same.
No reply to either

Then I went on the online chat on the website. My first chat crashed after maybe 35 mins of me being number 1 in the queue. I gave up on the second chat after maybe twenty mins.

Then I called up and was told that they’d received my item today (Monday) and it should be processed today. STILL I didn’t get any email or anything to let me know they’d received it!

A few hours later the money was transferred into my PayPal account and that’s why the 3 stars.

The speed of the transfer was ok BUT it would’ve been nice to know what was happening along his way

Fast delivery and processing...

Fast delivery and processing on day of receipt with money by midnight. No unfair wear and tear adjustments (item was in very good condition). Best of its kind that I have used in 10 years.

Great experience selling Airpods

Extremely easy process to sell my Airpods. I needed some assistance creating the label, but sorted extremely quickly. Paid quickly. Great experience - would definitely sell my tech to Selltechs again!

Lies about damaged even though I took pictures with timestamps the day It was shipped to them

Still no payment. Dodging my emails. Can’t access a chat bot. Rang and he tried saying it’s damaged so no payment. I said it is not damaged I sent pictures with time stamps the day it was shipped. Guy was very rude. Talking over me, wouldn’t let me speak and kept hanging up. Even the Apple Store when I took it to them beforehand said nothing was wrong with the iPad. iPad is on its way back (allegedly, and it probably isn’t even my iPad they send back) and if they’ve damaged it and I can’t resell it. Out of sheer stubbornness I’ll take them to court just for being so unprofessional and talking to me the way they did. Anyway avoid at all costs. Also charged me to pick it up

Update, they told me to pay Royal Mail to collect so I did. They refused to hand the parcel over to royal mail

Terrible and rude company. Don’t do business with them
