Was offered a price of £100 for my iPad which was the best price I could find.
They sent all the information by email so I could take it to my nearest post office and post free of charge.
The day they received it I got paid out that night the originally offer of £100.

I sold my Apple Watch Ultra online to Selltechs, it was collected from my house, when Royal Mail tried to deliver it it was refused and returned to sender without explanation, I’ve now received an empty envelope back with the contents missing, after speaking to Royal Mail it seems it was only insured for £150 for an item that cost me £819 and after finally getting through to Sell Techs they tell me it was only £100 which is a total lie. I’m severely out of pocket and there’s nothing I can do, After speaking to them once more and asking what they intended to do about it they replied take it up with Royal Mail and don’t phone this number again, avoid this company at all costs! I do have the original box with the serial number so will be reporting the theft to the police.

Overall the service they gave was what they quoted.
The only negative was there was no communication from selltechs not even a email saying they had received goods
They did pay what the quoted by midnight but again no communication they were going to do this
