We was introduced to Shane who went through the options that were available to us.
Our caravan was posted on their YouTube channel and within hours a deposit was taken subject to viewing.
Our caravan sold for our agreed price and the money transferred shortly after.

I would like to thank Shane and his admin staff dealing with the sale of my Willerby caravan. It was dealt with professionally and nothing was too much trouble for them. Thanks Shane I would certainly recommend them.

It had taken a long time to consider if selling was the right thing for us to do and if, in doing so, it would cause issues with the Caravan Site that our static caravan was situated on. From the first point of contact we had with Shane and the team at Sellthecaravan, we were treated with respect and kindness and an emotional connection was built between us. Everything that needed to be done for the sale of the caravan, discussions with the site team, arranging removal of decking, any disconnection requirements and related costs, as well as planning of the caravan being taken off site was all done by Shane and his team. They were so helpful and took all of the hassle and pressure away from us. There was nothing for us to do, other than sign a couple of forms. We cannot thank Shane and his team enough for how professionally they dealt with the sale for us and in a speedy way. It seems they make Customer Care a business priority and that is why we would definitely recommend them to anyone who would be in need of their services in the future.
