Your office's phone Communication was difficult. Always going through phone system and delays between 4 to 10 minutes. Then my silver coins were evaluated at 31% below spot price today at 10:00 am, 6/23/26. Not a fair & honest transaction.

Well been waiting for my payment for over 3 days and I call them to ask about it and they asked my name jus my first name I give it to them then they say they are going to talk to there higher person put me on hold then come back and say they will call me later and that's it they don't get my number or nothing so how are they spose to call or kno without even having my info or even knowing if my name was spelt right don't make sense but the whole 24 hr thing is a false advertisement and for everything I sent in from jewelry to coins and rings they offered me 84 dollars I know one of the necklaces alone costed more then that so I think they are a ripp off as well I just needed money fast so I could get to my dad who's in the hospital
