I recently bought a MacBook Pro for the prior semester of school and could not figure it out and went back to a HP with windows. I thought I was going to take a loss on selling my computer with most offers in the $1,400’s. However SellYourMac paid the highest at $1,821! They made the loss less painful. My computer was in great shape and I shipped right away. I also used PayPal to receive my payment and it was as they say, instantly there at the moment, I got the email from them. Sent a brand new macbook and UPS lost my package. Sellyourmac claimed the label was insured but they kept the insurance check and didn't pay me. They ignored all my emails from the past 2 months and scammed me for $1800.

The process was extremely smooth, and surpassed my expectations. They responded surprisingly quickly to email questions, were very professional in communications, and managed my expectations well. I just got an email saying that they were actually going to pay more than the estimate I received because the laptop was in better shape than I had indicated (I was being extremely overcautious when I initially filled out the form). If my interactions were representative of their standard, and if you are entirely transparent when you submit a request for an estimate, you can expect an outstanding experience!

I sent them a flawless iPad to sell. They said it had scuffs ? . Sent pics which showed nothing on them. I said send the iPad back to me . Will not accept your lowball Price. 35% below their quote. Now they have ghosted me. They do not answer the phone. They do not answer their emails. I have now sent 5 emails with no reply to any. So I am now without an iPad and the money. They are thieves and crooks .

THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM! They will completely lie about the products you send in. They tried to lie on me and I sent them pics of the device from when I packed it.

They quoted me one rate for a device that was sent to them flawlessly. When they received the device they stated that the device was not in flawless condition. They sent back photos of a device that did not match the condition I sent them and then stated that they wanted to pay me $100 less than what was quoted. The device was sent with zero dirt on it and the photo they sent me had dust all over it.

They gave me a fair quote on my MacBook Pro, processed it quickly, and paid promptly. They received it on a Tuesday, and Thursday night I had payment for the full amount I was quoted. Thanks for a smooth and pleasant experience.

I have purchased 3 separate times from this company. Every one of them was a positive experience.

First time was iPad mini - was cheaper than expected. - purchased through ebay.

Second was iPad pro - great overall experience. They upgraded my shipping for free. Came in two days.

Third order was a Macbook Pro - I emailed them wanting the best "lightly used" laptop with a few specific things (1TB HD, 16 GB Ram) and they showed me three examples. Purchased right from them.

Overall an A+ in my book. Will be purchasing from them again.

I had a on-its-deathbed iPad that not even Apple wanted for a trade-in, but SellYourMac offered and in short order paid me for it. Only a few bucks . . . but better than nothing. Their email prompts along the way were timely and accurate. They had FedEx send me shipping labels (free to me) and I commandeered an old box and some popcorn for cushioning to get the iPad safely to them. They got the money safely to me via PayPal. Will I use SellYourMac next time one of my Apple products is having a near-death experience? Absolutely!
