Do not buy from them!

I ordered a sofa from Selsey in Poland and hired a private driver to drive it from Poland to Copenhagen. Except, despite of various email and phone correspondence, the sofa wasn’t ready to be collected. They charged me nearly 400 zloty for something they did not deliver on time to their warehouse, and misinformed me along the way. I- of course - had to pay the private driver, even though he had nothing to collect. They will not refund the driver as he cannot provide an invoice - fair enough. So, I have been asking them to refund their own delivery at least which was not fulfilled on time, from the manufacturer to the warehouse (they offered 100 Zloty vouchers which I cannot use). They are refusing to do this and instead cancelled my order! I never asked them or gave them permission to do this, but I guess it is easier than actually doing something about the mistake. Only problem is, I have the driver booked once again for the pre-agreed new pick up date, so this will cost me a few hundred Euros again and they are simply refusing to do anything about the extra incurred costs. Appalling behaviour, I would not recommend.

Fantastic Experience!

The team was absolutely fantastic. I was a little worried after reading a few bad reviews about them but they exceeded my expectations. The sofa I ordered was purchased through Wowcher, and while I had to get in touch with them to confirm the order (I didn't get anything from wowcher) the item arrived only a day later than I expected. The customer service team were very quick to respond to my queries, and I had a huge amount of communication with the delivery drivers. The sofa arrived in perfect condition and the whole experience was easy. Would highly recommend the company.
