Jan 6th still haven't recived Item I…

Jan 6th still haven't recived Item I ordered Oct 29th

After numerous shipping delays, the company apparentely delivered this item to my old address almost over a month after it was intially ordered.

There was no confirmation of delviery, it is still showing upo as on the way on the delivery tracker and no one in the building has any evidence or recollection of the parcel ever having been dleivered.

I've reached out mutiple times and consistently gte no response from the company who will then randomly email as ask to confimrr all of the inforamtion without moving the process along.

The holidays have come and gone

The holidays have come and gone, and still no merchandise that I paid for in November, 2024. So much for delivering the merchandise (a belt) during the holidays. It just reinforces the FACT that this company is a scam. Take your money and NEVER deliver. Buyer beware. Do NOT purchase anything from Selvero. You will pay for it, but never receive your merchandise.

PENNY WISE AND DOLLAR STUPIT

Once again, here is a business that is penny wise, they want that money today and they refuse to give it up by working with the customer, and dollar stupit, by not thinking of acquiring and maintaining a long term customer where they will make a hell of a lot more money long term as a repeat customer.

So I purchased two sweaters from Selvero, and they arrived in plenty of time for Christmas. I ordered them both at US size large and when I received them they both were labeled as 2XL. Assuming they were too big for the person I purchased them for, I reached out to Selvero and explained about the size issue and how to get a return label to exchange them for the correct size, hopefully in time to give them as gifts for Christmas.

I received a response pretty quickly, which was impressive, and it was explained to me that the sizes had to be converted from Italian sizes to US sizes and that’s why they sent me 2XL. To be clear no where on the web site does it advise that there is a conversion that must be calculated to obtain the correct size.

With that information in mind, I advised Selvero that I will hold the 2 sweaters and give them as Christmas gifts and if they did not fit when they tried the sweaters on, I would make the exchange for the proper fitting sweater. Selvero responded to me that was not a problem, and after giving them as Christmas gifts, if they did not fit, to simply notify them and they would get me the return labels for an exchange to obtain the proper fitting sweaters. See attached email.

On the evening of December 27, when we opened gifts with immediate family, Christmas Day we spent with extended family out of State. They 2 sweaters were too small.

The following day, December 28, I emailed Selvero and explained that they did not fit and needed to be exchanged for the proper size. This time I was advised by Selvero that because the purchase happened greater then 30 days prior, they could not accept any returns OR EXCHANGES. (WHY IS THIS)?

I emailed them and explained that I was told to wait until after Christmas and that if they did not fit that they would start the exchange process. I also advised them I was not looking to return the 2 sweaters only exchange them for proper fitting ones. Additionally, I added the comment that most businesses in America extend their return/exchange policy to allow for the Christmas season.

In my email to them I repeated that I was not returning or requesting a refund, only that I wanted to exchange the 2 sweaters for the correct size, I mentioned that no place on their site does it state there is a conversion calculation that has to take place. In addition, I added that I would pay for shipping the 2 sweaters to them and for the shipping of the 2 sweaters back to me with the correct size. I thought that was a fair and reasonable request, I was wrong.

Once again I received an email that stated that because the purchased date was greater then 30 days prior to my request, that they would not be able to EXCHANGE the 2 sweaters, it was not like I was requesting a refund, hell I wasn't even asking for them to pay for the shipping in either direction, I was being reasonable and said I would pay for all shipping in both directions.

This pretty much sums up how ridiculous of a business this truly is. First why the hell would you not extend your return policy to take into account the Christmas holiday. Secondly, why the hell would you not simply make the exchange, when it wouldn’t cost them a penny, because I offered to pay for shipping to and from. I was not looking to return them, ONLY EXCHANGE THEM.

They said they would give me a 20% coupon for the inconvenience. HOW RIDICULOUS IS THAT?!? Do they actually think I would spend another penny of my money at their business when they haven’t the decency to make a reasonable exchange?!?!?

I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY AGAIN AND WILL TAKE MY MONEY TO THOSE THAT ARE MORE REASONABLE AND UNDERSTANDING OF COMMON SENSE POLICIES!!

Worst online shopping experience -- scammed

One of the worst experiences of online shopping. I paid extra for priority shipping (that assured delivery within 10 days) and it has now been 2 weeks and still my shipment is in China according to the online tracking portal. Moreover, the tracking updates first showed that my shipment had reached Switzerland (where my delivery address is) from China and then it said that it had gone back to the carriers in China. The customer service team is extremely unprofessional and ignorant. They even refused to refund the extra they charged me for "priority shipping". The whole concept seems to be a big scam.
