I wouldn’t even give them a star
I wouldn’t even give them a star. I ordered my wife a Christmas present on the 30th November 25 it’s now the 16th jan an still no delivery. Sam excuses it’s in transit although been in London since the 8th December. Won’t give a refund as they state clearly on their website.

I’ve had tha same email 8 times after asking for a refund, or who the logistic company is in the uk again can’t answer.
