preventivazione variabile

Negativa: portata l'auto per un preventivo di massima a giugno, ma non avendo tempo per la riparazione l'appuntamento è stato rinviato per i primi di settembre, quando mi trovo con un preventivo diverso (+30%). Nessuno delle quattro (n.4!) persone che si occupano dei preventivi si ricordava di aver formulato il preventivo di giugno (naturalmente verbale). Quindi ho rinunciato alla riparazione. Ho perso tempo. Avrei potuto accettare anche un costo maggiore se solo lo avessero formutato per iscritto e poi confermato.
