Senada Great customer service, I had a problem with my bike they gave me another bike and me keep defective one

Have received nothing but excellent customer service from Senada Bikes! Very timely, courteous and positive responses. They definitely want to make their customers happy! We bought 2 bikes and they are awesome! Thank you so much Senada Bikes!

They said in the begging of my purchase if I gave them a good review I would receive a gift. But dispite all that .all issue I had since I was able to ride my bike been nothing but problems motor grinding brakes failing and never they never got to help they haven't warrant their warranty and still nothing. Been contacting them since the first week I had the bike.

Edit: I want to make it clear that I have experience with multiple other e-bikes.

Tried to cancel the order before shipping arrived. I paid a discounted cost - when I tried to cancel they tried to charge a 20% restocking fee, NOT ON THE PRICE I PAID, but a price 250$ more. So essentially me returning the item would have been aprx a 40% loss of the price i paid. The bike is a subpar bike, cheap brakes that are already toast after 2 weeks, the pedals MUST BE REPLACED or they will snap in half. The bike locking mechanism on the folding bike is literally the weakest of all the locking mechanisms throughout the bike, I had to rig it with something to hold it in place and it still moves, how do I feel safe when the locking mechanism comes loose while riding EVERY TIME.

HERALD PLUS is great for female riders like me! It's usually hard to find a good e-bike. Weather delayed delivery but their team helped me out.

As far as the quality of bike, this is a great deal for the money. I think I will be upgrading to a higher end one even though I truly don't need it. Quality of the bike, access to replacement parts, and actually getting hold of the companies customer service directly is a huge value not reflected in the price.

The bike I have now is superb and seems to be something that I can either hand down, loan out, or even resell without fear of passing a lemon onto someone else like other bikes in this class. This is not an Amazon, Walmart, Alibaba 3rd party seller. Deal with the company directly because, like their bikes, they take your comments and concerns seriously and will work to find resolution. I am glad I found these guys and have already recommended them to others.

I bought two archon pros, my wife and I both love our bikes, recently my wife’s bike went into speed limit where the max speed is 15 mph, which is good when the grand children are using them. But at the time I did not know that was a function, I contacted tech support and told them my issues and they requested a shot video of the bike during function, and quickly solved my problem. This whole issue was solved within two days, their service was impeccable, I was not ready for such prompt service, definitely my future bike company for purchase for the kids. Thanks again for the superior customer service.

hello fellow ebikers. i bought a drifter from this company and i love the bike. after a couple thousand miles i had some technical issues. i emailed customer support and they were beyond helpful.they had me send picyures of issue they helped me diagnose the problem. they sent me parts right away. i was amazed at the quickness. i will give the senada drifter bike and customer support 5 stars. the only problems i had for a little over 2,000 miles are flats. i do recomend slime in tubes. ebikes i found tend to get alot of flats. but thats not abike issue. once again 5 starsyou will not be disapointed with SENADA

My wife and I are 71 and enjoy our electric scooters and decided we wanted to upgrade to electric bikes. We didn’t want to break the bank but we also didn’t want cheaply made low end bikes either. After a lot of searching we decided on the Senada Saber and Herald. We liked everything we read on the Senada web site and felt the Saber and Herald would be good bikes for us to purchase. After looking at lots of other brand bikes we felt Senada prices were very good and with Senada’s 5th anniversary sale we actually paid less then our budget planned for. With both bikes on sale, a $300 discount for buying two bikes, free delivery, and no sales tax we felt it was a very fair and good deal.

The bikes arrived in three business days, which was quicker then expected, and were packed so good it almost took longer to unpack then to put the bikes together. There were no missing parts and the tools that came with the bikes were all that was needed. Putting the bikes together was fairly straightforward and since they are very heavy I needed some help getting the front tire in place. The handlebars, front fender, front light, back rack, and pedals were the only other parts needing to be installed.

I haven’t ridden a bike in over 40 years so I was a little shaky when I got on my Saber the first time but once I got moving I loved how easy it was using the controls. We both rode up and down our street testing different levels on the pedal assist and throttle control. We are both amazed how smooth the ride is; the 4” tires are great. We look forward to lots of bike rides in the future.

My wife and I love the bikes and how solid they feel when we ride. I contacted customer service with a question and they responded very quickly. We highly recommend Senada bikes.

We purchased 2 sanada sabor pro bikes to improve our health. My wife has fibromyalgia and I suffer from restless leg syndrome. I never thought I would enjoy riding bikes at 65 years old, but was I wrong. We live in the foothills of the appalation mountains. Lots of hills to
Climb. The bikes make it effortless ! They have the power to climb the hills while giving us the exercise needed. Don’t give up on life, get yourself a sanada bike and start living.

I'm purchased the Archon about 4 weeks ago and have almost 400 miles on it. I use the PAS 3 and it goes about 17mph while the PAS 5 goes 30 mph. I did have an issue with the battery but they sent me a brand new replacement. It is a well built bike that is great for trail riding and allows me to find lakes and streams to fish. I purchased a few accessories that helps me transport all my needed gear. I even purchased a kayak trailer for it and it doesn’t even impede the performance at all. Senada has several different options for bikes to choose from to meet your specific needs. I highly recommend them.

I purchased the drifter and put 55 miles on it in the firstb2 days. Great power and cruise control at 28mph. Totally satisfied with this model.

My dad said is good, but the seat is a bit hard for him, we bought a softer saddle and problem solved!

I just purchased an OSPREY, and it was extremely simple to assemble. I took it on the beach fishing and did 12 mph in the sand and 26 mph on the road.

Wow... it came in 3 days, put together in just 30 mins, road 21 miles frist charge, 35 mph downhill. I weigh 285, so far so good.

Good company service and product overall.

The frame and tires of the Senada ROAMER are of high quality and have impressive power. However, considering its size, the battery seems a bit small. The fenders could use some improvements.

Senada sent me a bike for a give away. It was delivered in just a few days, and very well packed. It assembles in no time and they provide tools to assist.
Within an hour, I was zipping around the neighborhood.

I have two Senada electric bicycles. The full size Saber and the compact folding Drifter. Both bikes were shipped promptly. Assembly was straight forward and required minimal mechanical ability.

The Saber has a 1,000 watt motor and it very fast and climbs hills with no pedaling required. The Drifter is listed as a 500 watt motor but performs very well and if you did not know better you would say it is a 750 watt ebike.

I have had no issues with either bicycle. I think what makes the Senada bikes a good choice is that they select well established components and styles. Not cutting edge but certainly up to date.

The Saber is a larger bike so it may not be a good fit for shorter riders. Make sure you look over the dimensions of any bike before you order any bicycle online.

Senada often runs sales so check back on their website and the internet for flash sales.

My husband ordered me one for Xmas, it is super well built! It offers everything a mountain biker or beach rider would want. Mayeb I also need buy one for my son.
