This company made it so easy to send something to my daughter in Greece. She is only there for 3 months and it has been difficult and expensive to send packages to her from the US. Sending gifts to Italy was not only a project to accomplish, it was a gift of knowing that there are people who make this world a better place to live. An opportunity that makes me proud of my belief in the kindness and care of humankind by trusting a very important mission to the Send Gifts In Europe - WalStrau d.o.o. just over the phone…from the US to Slovenia.
Fifteen sets of gifts with personal messages beautifully and tastefully designed were promptly delivered to the hospital personnel, exactly as it was promised-before Christmas. As I received messages from Italy, it was said that it was hard to believe that the gifts were prepared by a third party. Because the gifts in the baskets were making so much sense and were wrapped so neatly and nicely, only someone who really cared could put so much effort to make the receiver feel very special.
It will not be complete if I would not mention the great customer service, despite the time difference. Telephone calls were answered promptly and responded to with great consideration. Convenient payment options offered by the company make everything easier than one can imagine.
I highly recommend Send Gifts In Europe - WalStrau d.o.o. Giving is happier, definitely, with this company.
