Appalling. Don't touch them
Had to go this this company as for some reason I couldn't book BRT directly. Absolute rubbish; no updates, no tracking number, and - as of now - my parcel has disappeared and BRT are uncontactable. I will never use this company again. (And some of the replies are in Spanish, despite my booking it in Italy. Including the "are you satisfied with the service (again, in Spanish). When I press "no", all I get is a technical error page, unsurprisingly. It must be a scam.)

Sendiroo staff solved the problem
I had problems with the pick-up of the parcel because of the wrong address, but the Sendiroo staff took action several times with the courier to guarantee the service.

The support I received from operator Linda was very good and truly appreciated, even though the collection of the shipment was postponed from July 21st to 22nd and in order for it to be sent, as planned, I was forced to take the packages to a collection point.
