The worst company to say the least

The worst company to say the least, they never respond to emails. I sent money for a funeral and 5 days down the line the money has not reached the other end. They keep saying the network is down. I would not recommend this company to my enemy. Please stay away from this useless company.

Zero stars to this company

Zero stars to this company, they owe me about €19 , each time that I topped up they held my money and not processed the mobile top up on the other end, now it looks like they have vanished. Their app is gone from App Store.

Refund request

Senditoo is not providing service like before I have tried to top up mobile in Zimbabwe so many times and its not successful but they take money from my account in total now its £62. I tried to reach out to them so I can get m refund and they are not responding to my emails. I need my money back please!!!

Scammers

This company is useless and they are stealing peoples monies. They are taking peoples monies and not processing the top up at the other end. Keep away from these scammers.

Very poor customer services

Very poor customer services. I purchased top up credit for someone abroad and they never received it. Tried to contact them on the numbers provided, numbers not going through. Sent emails and again, no response. A bunch of frauds!

If there was a -10 rating I would have…

If there was a negative -10 rating I would have chosen it. Scammers they need to be reported because they are stealing from customers..if we were to count all the small amounts they have scammed from customers they are surely making a fortune..they stopped responding to my emails after telling me more than 3 times that they were refunding my money of the top ups that have not gone through. Senditoo you are THIEVES. BEN YOU TOLD ME YOU WERR REFUNDING MY MONEY..I WANT MY MONEY BACK.

If there was a zero or even a negative…

If there was a zero or even a negative rating I would give this company, I have been scammed around 2.2$ for a mobile top-up after making the payment via Visa card. I have tried to contact the support staff on Facebook and they told me that it was delivered successfully from their end but I didn't receive anything. Now, I can conclude from my experience that they are scammers and I recommend everybody to stay away from this website.

Struggle to get my top up refunded after it failed to the mobile number used as a result of the network being down

I send top up my uncles phone in Africa and it turned out that the network was down at the time this was on the 18th of September . So the top up didn’t go through. I called Senditoo to ask why the top up had not gone through. They informed me the network provider was done so l was advised to send to the up to a different mobile number instead. I mentioned l didntbwantbto do that instead l wanted my money refunded to my card . The person agreed to. I didn’t get the money after 7 days l have tried to ring the number and send emails . No one bothers to respond . I gene mentioned l will leave a bad review no one responded . I have to raise a complain with PayPal about the refund as l had used my PayPal account to top up. So PayPal had written to me to say they will refund me . I am so disgusted about this . Senditoo whoever owns it you can do better . This is not good customer care service where a custom feels ignored .

Awefully disgusting service

Awefully disgusting service. Please, please avoid. I requested a airtime top up to a family member abroad. Later I got an email saying that its been declined. In my head I thought they would automatically refund but I had to follow this up unfortunately. I got a response that the credit has been converted into an online wallet, meaning they can't refund. I tried to access the wallet to no avail. That was the last time someone responded to my emails. All their communications methods are out of service. I then tried to make a complaint on social media. After a few someone replied, asking for the transaction ID. I was baffled as to how someone can such details on a public platform. To date I still haven't got anywhere with the issue. I'm very livid and disgusted. This is a scamming syndicate, please avoid. I will lodge a complaint with higher authorities to protect members of the public.

Am so very much disgusted by the service delivery and no working number to contact them here in the UK.Why is customer service not a priority for this disgusting company.Disgusted and fuming is an understatement.How do you use this service when communicating is poor and the urgency of the matter isn't priority to them

I have tried to use their services but later I found out that their services are non-customer oriented services..The service is inefficient and inconvinient…The create troubles to the customer..Unsatisfactory services..You can choose the better ones on the net!!..I had bad/unpleasant experiences with them so far.In the market,you can find better financial institution which ill not risk your money.If you don’t want to confront with the problems that they created with their insufficient services; it is recommended that you can search and find better ones on the net!!!..Such insufficient services will cause you to waste your time and energy..Please go for better ones!!!..their services are higly priced too!!

This is not a good company to do…

This is not a good company to do business with. I purchased 50kg of rice from this company for US$37,84 to be delivered to my family in Guinea. The rice was never delivered because the Guinea office of this company told my family that they have to pay again for the rice.
Order number: 370-136-190.
So they stole my rice.
