This is probably the worse company I have ever done business with. Here's a list of what happened:
- Lied about platform fee (said the monthly fee would be used to register brands and campaigns. That wasn't the case)
- Charges extra carrier fees (they have a markup on their carrier fees which they don't tell you about)
- They take a 5% extra fee for every payment
- Sendivo approached me and made me an offer that was cheaper than the existing platform I already used, which is why I switched to them. After 2 weeks they 5x'd the pricing on my account overnight without telling me, after I had registered all my campaigns and my clients campaigns with them. I noticed this after a couple of days. When I told them about it they said my monthly volume was too low. They never said anything about volume when pitching me originally.
- I joined their affiliate program which says you get 30% of the sms sending costs the people you refer spends. I have seen how much those people I referred spent and the math isn't making sense at all. I have been paid $180 in commission in total. I calculated that from one person I referred alone I was owed more than $1000. When I asked them about this I was ignored.
- This all happened a few months ago, but yesterday I saw they have been charging me monthly even though I cancelled my account months ago. When going into their app I can't even access or see anything since it says my subscription is cancelled.
My recommendation is to never do business with this company.
