What a shame

What a shame
They broke my product and I sent to them bunch of foto as a proof.But they are still making excuse to refuse the refund for my product.My advice never make a partnership this kind of company.

We’re sorry to read your review and would like to clarify the situation:

We are not the carrier. In this case, PostNL is, and we must follow their rules when handling damage claims, as they are the ones who decide on and pay out these claims.

Your claim was unfortunately declined because the shipment was sent without protective packaging, which is required for insurance coverage.

Even though the carrier did not approve the claim, we refunded you in full from our own pocket as a gesture of goodwill. We have done this on several occasions for you, despite having advised you many times on using more protective packaging.

While we cannot change carrier policies, we always aim to resolve issues fairly and within the rules we are required to follow. If you believe there is additional information that could change the outcome, please feel free to share it with us so we can review it again.
