Bought a lifetime account! Disappointed

Bought a lifetime account!

They have discontinued their automation service, which was the only reason anyone would have bought their service!

Now its only a scheduling service, with only 4 social media options :( Tons of better and free alternates available. What a waste of money

their website have bugs they charged me after i canceled ..

not to mention that their service is useless
but they cost losing so much time replacing my card
after that, I had an issue seen my bank statement
showed charges i couldn't know the source of it
my bank did a chargeback and canceled my card
only to get contacted by the website owner on email...
the website had bugs and didn't cancel the subs

Sorry to hear this, but it is not correct. There was no reason for you to cancel your card - the charge on your bill was refunded by customer service and we did everything we could to help you.
