Poor Customer Service
Ordered cakes to be delivered to my son today (2/12/2019) as a birthday surprise. Received an email confirming the date of delivery. Received an email from DPD confirming cakes delivered 30/11/2019 - 2 days early. Contacted this company by email to complain. Got email back which was basically tough it’s DPDs fault nothing to do with us ! No point confirming a delivery date if you’re going to ignore it. Will not use again

Excellent, a fantastic gift to give.
I ordered a box of cupcakes for my best friend, who lives at the other end of the country, as a well done for their dissertation Mark. They were delivered quickly and she was thrilled with them. I loved the service very easy to use, and it’s a fantastic gift to give. Made me feel like I wasn’t so far away after all, to be able to send something so personal. :)
