Extremely disappointed with Seneca Learning. The platform used to be helpful, but lately it’s been full of glitches — progress doesn’t save properly, and the quizzes repeat the same questions over and over. The explanations are often shallow, and the constant push for premium upgrades is really annoying. I tried contacting support, but they never replied. It feels like they’ve stopped caring about the free users. Definitely not worth the time anymore.

Seneca is actually a good site that should be used more throughout schools in the uk, unlike sparx, Seneca learning is not nearly as stressful and anxiety inducing and you can clearly see this in the difference of reviews between the two.

Seneca is the best homework site! Absolutely love it and its the one site ive actually learnt from. If any teachers read this, dont pick the horrible sites *cough cough sparx which theres a petition to finish* choose seneca i love it

Pretty cool app but there was a gif of a dog falling of a fence which traumatized me

Very good experience and well worth the investment.

Another pledge to schools considering switching Seneca to sparx, please don't!! Sparx is so rewarding, gentle and caring with the homework and it genuinely feels fun, unlike sparx with its never-ending chore like setup

very bad and the questions they provide are so basic and useless in helping with your learning. I am studying A-levels and I am still being asked to fill in a singular gap in a sentence or I get toggles to switch until i get it right which can literally be done by guessing. For each question there is always a few small paragraphs explaining the content ,evening if you don't know the answer to a question you can just read it and it tells you the answer word for word. Uterly useless. They also only give around 3-5 short questions per topic and the rest is you clicking through and past stupid gif and meme videos where you get 2 or 3 videos like dodge coin meme.

They had fake student reviews in Seneca and some year 7 did their GCSE's. That is just fake.

I am not so sure WHETHER to buy the subscription or not as it is very expensive

Reply from Seneca Learning
I used it for my IGCSES and they really helped me revise all the information especially the main points of each subject.

Along with horrific questions and pushing ridiculously expensive subscriptions way too much, Seneca also showed me the doge meme and a bruised baby crying. I despise Seneca, it is useless.

The worst website I have ever seen the keyboard is so annoying

A really useful resource for my daughter during GCSEs. She could do it in the car driving to her football training so made a really time-efficient contribution to her exams

Our son found the revision tools intuitive and engaging. We also had a very good experience with their customer service

Our son used Seneca plus Exam Boost for his GCSEs and found it particularly helpful for Geography and the Sciences. The Customer Service was also excellent.

Seneca has been invaluable to my children's revision of GCSEs and A'Levels. They believe that it helped them achieve the good grades they received.

Very helpful with my query, sorted rapidly. Great to deal with, easy communication

Schools if you are considering switching from Seneca to Sparx, please, please, please don't. This is far better for kids. Its less stressful, it works better and it doesn't create the same anxiety.
